Sehr nette Gastgeber und ruhig gelegen
Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich. Es wird sich sehr viel Mühe gegen, dass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Der Mopedverleih hat gut funktioniert. Nett gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im gehobenen Wohnviertel. Nahe des G8 Busbahnhofs. Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings ein etwas längerer Spaziergang von ca. 30 Minuten.

I came here 8 years ago, it was perfect and the staff were warm and nice. I remember we had nice chat and nice breakfast. This time I come to Hoi An again and chose the same place, it didn't maintain the standard. When I arrived at 7pm, there was no staff at the reception. We couldn't find much help checking it. Then after we enter the room, the room door could not lock well, you have to slam it to completely lock it, still its crooked at the top. The toilet has water leakage, and no place to put toilet paper. There were flies in the room, I guess it's from the sewage pipe in toilet. It felt not very good. The next morning, I went down to find the receptionist, at 7am there was also no one there.
Later that day, I asked if we could have breakfast the next morning, the receptionist said yes I can come down in the morning. Next morning when I came down, the other receptionist said I needed to book the day before. So we had to eat out.
Still, the up sides were we could borrow bicycles. And they helped us book the van to Da Nang.
(PS: beware. We parked our bicycles in the old town, and the tires got cut and flattened. Perhaps some people didn't like the tourists and did that. We had to ride back on flat tire bikes. It was quite sad)

Мы жили в замечательном, солнечном номере с балконом. В отеле работает прекрасный персонал, который всегда готов со всем помочь, было приятно отдыхать в этом доме, где нам всегда были рады. До центра в спокойном темпе мы доходили пешком за 20 минут. Этот дом располагается на спокойной улице, так что у нас не было проблем со сном и отдыхом

Так как мы оставались на длительное время (7 ночей) были не со всем понятны правила по уборке номера, по нашей просьбе поменяли постельное белье, но полы в номере были грязные, из-за того, что не было регулярной уборки, также в нашем номере были муравьи, в остальном было все отлично

We had an amazing stay here and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An!

The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available when we needed support. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Communication was easy and everything was perfectly organized.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is ideal – close enough to the Old Town to reach everything easily, but still quiet enough to relax.

A big plus was the help with organizing our motorbike trip and other local tips – this really made our experience much better and more authentic.

Thank you so much for everything – we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Большой номер, удобная мебель, есть столики, кресла, удобные кровати, балкон. Очень тихая улица, мало транспорта.
В комнате и в гостинице чисто. Хозяйка и обслуживающий персонал очень внимательны, с удовольствием помогали по всем вопросам
