Worst stay ever. Will call corporate about it
Everything. Even the elevator is out of inspection date and my room fire alarm was going off the entire time. Call me and I will provide proof. 540-430-9693

Lots of vagrancy in the parking lot. People living out of there cars. The office is locked tight like a holiday inn in a bad neighbor hood. Problems with the elevator. The room was horrible. Bed felt like it was going to fall apart.
The shower pressure
Was not accessible. Tripped on the rug in the breezeway, it is a safety hazard. There was only one light in the room. My request for an accessible room was not honored. Overall odor in the hotel was repulsive. For a non-smoking hotel I would recommend that visitors not be allowed to sit on the front sidewalk, smoking as people coming in and out of the hotel. Smokers do not care for that.

We stay here often for my husband's job. We love the family-like atmosphere from the employees, who are always around, cleaning. The room serves all the necessities, and is fairly spacious considering we have a huge dog! As always...WE'LL BE BACK!! ❤️
If you’re sensitive like I am, then I’d rethink it. The room we got, stunk. We got headaches and our throats burned the next day. My eyes were burning, trying to clean the room and mopping. I even wiped the walls and the room still stunk. We ended up getting sick for a week. They said it was the best room they had, as if, they were annoyed to help me. If you’re told a price, get it in writing or an email and remember who you talk to. I stayed there a week with the price given $89.99, the 2nd week they tried to raise my rate from 89.99 to 119 and wanted me to back pay the first week as I was told, I wasn’t charged the right amount. I was still charged a small amount of back pay for my second week. They asked who I talked to and if I had it in writing. You would think the first charge would be enough to know what my rate was. I didn’t complete my 2nd week and it was already paid for. The manager did not refund me back for the 3 days I did not stay there & said was not going to refund it. You do have to pay for washing and drying. The washer is so tiny & dirty (hair all around), I could barely fit 4 sweaters for 4.50. The kitchenette didn’t have a fan, so if you’re cooking, open the windows or your stuck with the smoke. Or at least my room didn’t have one. The bathroom didn’t have the fan working, so they just took the part from another room, which was fixed right away. You have to take out your own trash. The location on a busy day is hard to make a left turn with no light at the intersection. The days I did stay there while I was sick, was noisy. There is construction going on nearby. At night, I didn’t hear much. I usually stay at Extended Stays for work and this by far is the worst one.
The location
It was very dirty, dust and dirt on the floors. The sheets had stains. There was still soap and shampoo from the previous guests, and the room had a moldy smell. I wasn’t expecting luxury at $115 but this was worse than the cheapest hotels/motels I’ve ever stayed in. If we hadn’t had an issue with our cars lights we would have left, but it was already very late and my daughter and I were exhausted. We slept on top of the cover because the sheets were so bad.
Price and location were good. Beds were comfortable.
No breakfast, hair dryer, iron.
