Refrigerator barely stayed cool. Freezer didn't work at all
Smelled bad inside. I own a cleaning company the cleaning of the room was fine. More shampoo and soap and towels should have been in room when booked for 3 people

My stay was uncomfortable and I regret selecting the property during my booking.
Pros:

My room was clean but bedding was not satisfactory and cigarettes scent was in my room, which made very uncomfortable. I regret my stay.

Cons:

Too much smoking on the property. When you enter the property you smell cigarettes all over in the hall. It is a health hazard for no smoker like me.

It was a place to rest our heads after a long evening but we were ready to go
Pros:

I loved the location …it was so close to the Jiffy Lube venue.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes and when we went to check out there was no staff (9:30 am). Everyone checking out was very confused! No big deal but maybe something to add when checking in.

Terrible experience
Pros:

The room smelled like and ashtray and was dirty. There were marks all over the walls and multiple mattress covers on the bed.

Affordable, but stinky, and staff not friendly
Pros:

Even though I selected a non-smoking room, my room smelled horribly of cigarettes. The entire building smelled like smoke. Maybe having the smoking rooms at the top floors instead of the bottom floors would reduce the smell from permeating upwards into the non smoking rooms

Cons:

cigarette smell throughout the entire building.
check in took way longer than it should have and the lady at the front was not kind at all.
There was no one at the front desk when I went to check out in the morning, so I gave my key cards to a cleaning staff member after asking her what I was supposed to do to check out.

Location is pretty much the only good thing.

Cons:

It was so incredibly dirty and smelled like smoke. I was actually nervous to sleep there because I highly questioned the cleanliness of the sheets. The only reason I stayed is because other hotels were booked when I checked for a last minute switch.

Cons:

Lots of vagrancy in the parking lot. People living out of there cars. The office is locked tight like a holiday inn in a bad neighbor hood. Problems with the elevator. The room was horrible. Bed felt like it was going to fall apart.

The shower pressure

Cons:

Was not accessible. Tripped on the rug in the breezeway, it is a safety hazard. There was only one light in the room. My request for an accessible room was not honored. Overall odor in the hotel was repulsive. For a non-smoking hotel I would recommend that visitors not be allowed to sit on the front sidewalk, smoking as people coming in and out of the hotel. Smokers do not care for that.
