we enjoyed fukuoka.its a beautiful district to explore.
Pros:

the location was great less than a 5 min walk to the train station convenient to shops and eateries.Hotel is boutique style so not your dull decor like some hotels.loved the appearance of the front entrance.and the staff are so friendly.breakfast was good also and priced so cheap.

Cons:

it could do with some refurb as some of the furnishings looked bit tired.the bed was quite hard, not used that kind of firm.can get a bit noisey from the street.as there is a karaoke bar just a short distance away.

Pros:

하카타역에서 가까운데 가격은 저렴하고 조식도 포함이었어요. 직원들도 너무 친절했고 매일 깔끔하게 청소해주시고 너무너무 편하게 3박 지내다가 왔습니다.

Cons:

오래돼서 그런지 에어컨을 틀어놔도 방이 습했어요. 며칠 지내니까 옷에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나더라구요🤣
