Everything, good ambience,good and cooperative staff
The stay was awesome . Food & staff are good & very cooperative.
Mr. Pintu was very helpful throughout the stay .

The building was so nice prior . But I feel it needs renovation or at least new paint in every room. Looks old this time compared to the previous year .
The society is somewhat near to central Kolkata and this is the only thing I liked about the property.
Do not go by the pictures, pictures are misleading. The room qualities were substandard. The property is not at all like a resort and it is not even closer to resort, it is just C grade ordinary hotel. The price they charge are much higher as compared to other properties in central kolkata such as IBIS, Swarn, SG International etc. Below are things which I did not like-
1. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom.
2. The first thing which I check in hotel rooms is toilets. The toilet seat had yellow stains and floor drain was chocking.
3. Foul smell in cupboard and bedsheets.
4. No cutlery was provided in the dinning area of the room. When I asked for the spoons, they provided poor quality disposable spoons.
5. No landline telecom in the room, they provided a mobile number which they do not pick up in first attempt.
6. I ordered food from outside and delivery boy dropped it at reception, I was hungry and waiting for the food, they didnt even inform me about it.
7. Reception area at time was left unattended and at times found no one for assistance.
We stayed at Rate LBD Resorts & Hotels, Kolkata recently. overall our experience was just average.
Toilet not good
Everything is good.
People at the reception, are non cooperative.
I took 2 bed room appartment, with 2 large beds for 5 days .
Me , wife and 2 kids of 10 each.
I requested them to accommodate my brother and wife in the same appartment as 1 room was not been used buy us.
Initially, they agreed for Rs 1000 each extra for 3 days, they took the advance payment also.
However at the check out the charged 1300 each per day.
Their neat nd clean ambience nd behaviour of the staffs so good
Spacious property with good staff.
The ac of one of the rooms was not working well
The Staffs are all good, well mannered and professional, Specially would like to thanks Partha, Abdul, Shalini & another reception person I can't recall his name now at this moment but they served well.
