Basic but comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast is local style and tasty, they will make scrambled egg if you ask.

I like this property's last so many years. Stay very comprotable
Pros:

It's very nice property. Room service is exlent. Food very very exlent & price wise also good. Breakfast also very nice everyday changes breakfast. Its hard of location. Its very near to go mall prk streets.

pool was dirty not clean. Requested them to clean but staff didnt show up
secondly given we booked apartments something like basics - plates, cups should already be there . In usual apartments we also get microwoven to heat our food. Has it been a room only thats different but it was an apartment hence it was expected.
No handwash was there , utensil washing bar was not there. Hence basics was missing

Pros:

Lovely pool area and comfortable beds. The rooms are huge and have everything you need. There is AC in both the bedroom and living room areas. The AC worked fine, thigh I think it might struggle in the hot session.
The breakfast was simple, but had everything you need for the day.

Cons:

There were a few problems with check in, but the manager resolved these effectively. The decor of the rooms is maybe a bit tired with some cracked tiles and stains on the ceiling..
You only get 1 ltr of water at check in, which I think is a bit stingy.

Friendly staff, but disappointing facilities and breakfast

My wife and I stayed for 14 nights, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.

The one-bedroom apartment looked very different from the photos on Booking.com and felt dated. The telephone and safe were not working. Despite requesting a replacement safe, nothing happened, and the balcony had no seating.

Breakfast lacked variety, with banana and papaya the only fruits offered throughout our stay. After two days, I requested continental options, as I did not want curry-based breakfasts every morning. The restaurant manager said these could not be provided on the buffet and would cost an additional ₹500 per person, per meal. I agreed, but received just three chicken sausages and a plate of fruit the following day, which felt poor value. After that, I mostly had coffee and eggs. some of the coffe cups were run out and when u aske they provide small paper cups something that i never seen in my entier life in hotels where u aske to used paper cups for breakfast also raised this with the property manager and requested something simple, such as fresh yoghurt. He promised to look into it, but nothing changed before departure.

Room service was inconsistent: one meal was delicious, but when we ordered it again, the quality was so poor that we returned it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team and their manager, who did a fantastic job. However, although I settled my extras the evening before departure and requested the complete final bill, I was asked to pay more at checkout because some charges had been missed.

Overall, I did not feel the stay offered value for money and would not return.
