とてもよい
Pros:

凄く安かったのに、隣の系列ホテルの岩盤浴の利用券(割引券)が付いてきた。24時間やっているとの事で遅くに利用できてとても便利でした。フロントスタッフのかたもとても丁寧でいい方でした。

Pros:

新潟駅から非常に近く、駅周辺のホテルの中では比較的安価な選択肢です。

ドリンクチケットが1枚提供され、ビールやソフトドリンクと交換できました。

スタッフの方々がとても親切で礼儀正しかったです。

設備は年数が経っていて古いですが、ホテル側が丁寧に維持・メンテナンスしていると感じられました。

Cons:

空調の温度調節ができず、「微風」に設定してもかなり寒かったため、結局電源を切るしかありませんでした。

換気が非常に悪く、ただ出入りで浴室のドアを開け閉めしただけでも、温度差で部屋が霧で満たされてしまい、とても不快でした（しかし空調をつけるとまたとても寒いです）。

掛け布団が少し薄く、そのせいで空調の問題がさらに悪化してしまいました。

Pros:

proche de la gare. une boisson par jour est offerte.

Cons:

l'hôtel était en travaux et c'était un peu bruyant en journée au niveau des échafaudages.

コスパがよい。
Pros:

朝食は値段に対して豪華と思う。
カウンターの対応も親切でした。更にコーヒーのサービスが良かった。
また、駅近なのでコンビニや居酒屋が近く食事に便利だった。
