For the price, the hotel needs significant improvements: better breakfast, regular daily cleaning, more comfortable room

Cons:

The hotel is terrible and absolutely not worth the money. The breakfast was extremely disappointing — every day there was basically the same food: eggs with onions and runny eggs. That was almost the entire choice. It was honestly awful.

The rooms are very small, and the cleaning service was unacceptable. During our 6-day stay, our room was cleaned only once.

There were also many workers staying at the hotel, and guests were told that after 8:00 PM they should be quiet and not even talk, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

Another major issue was the staff. In the evenings, some reception and bar employees appeared to be drunk, which was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.

I also strongly recommend not paying extra for parking. The parking spaces were frequently occupied by other guests, so even after paying for parking, we could not reliably find a space.

Vi är jätte nöjd med vistelsen och kommer att besöka er igen.
Pros:

Fint, sköna sängar och bra frukost.

Cons:

Hade varit bra med en riktig sopkorg på toaletten och inte behöva lägga skräpet i en sanitetspåse. Och även knoppar att hänga upp handdukar som man torkar händerna på.

Pros:

Bra att vi kunde ha med oss hunden. OK frukost. Mycket trevlig personal och bra med parkering precis utanför hotellet. Bra läge centralt i Örebro. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Vi hörde ett pipande ljud på morgonen i vårt hotellrum som inte upphörde, det var irriternade. Sedan var hissarna väldigt slitna och påminde om varuhissar och inte hotellhissar.

Pros:

Jag bad om att få byta rum, då det var något ljud i badrumsrören. Det gick bra, och jag fick ett nytt rum där jag sov mycket bättre, härligt rum. Ovanligt stora hotellrum, luftiga. Trevlig personal. Frukosten var helt i min smak, en hel del att välja på. Hotellet låg nära järnvägsstationen, därav mitt val.

Cons:

Dörröppnaren fungerade inte.

Excelente hotel en un pueblo muy bonito
Pros:

La ciudad es muy bonita y la ubicación del hotel te permite caminar tranquilamente por sus calles y conocerla. El hotel está excelente, para más de una noche con total seguridad. Todo limpio, ma atención de 10 y el desayuno esta completo
