Easy to find & great customer service
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

Close to the train station, shopping centre,pub and food outlets. Very quiet and the noise outside & inside was low.

Clean and Pleasant, but could do with some improvement
Pros:

The room and facilities were clean, the sound proofing was pretty good considering the location of Strathfield station and a busy road right by the balcony.

Cons:

There was not a single picture on the wall, it was more like a room in a mining camp. I am not sure if this is just the room I was in as property photos show friendlier rooms. Also the wardrobe was falling apart and although there are towels supplied, there were no facecloths for some reason.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

As I needed to be close to Strathfield Private Hospital, the location was perfect.

Great location!!! Clean hotel.

Cons:

You cannot change the aircon in the room, fan was noisey all night. The walls are paper thin!! You can hear everyone in the morning.

No Air conditioning
Pros:

Location was fantastic.

Cons:

We were put in the attic room (level 3) where there was no opening windows and the sky light was blacked out. The room was advertised with air conditioning and that there was but when inquired with staff that it wasnt working they left a note at our door advising us that they turn off the air conditioning unit during winter (not winter yet) and only heating available and to just use the roof fan. We did this and with it being so hot in the room this obviously didn't help. 4 people in a room with no air conditioning in hot and humid environments was very uncomfortable and made for a terrible 3 night stay.

Very nice, helpful staff. Great location and value for money.
Pros:

The property was located in a great spot close to shops, trains and buses. We stayed here to go see a concert at Qudos Arena Olympic Park and it was very easy to get to and from. The room was very clean and great value for money.
We were happy with the stay and the staff are extremely helpful and very nice people.
Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The private mess of rooms

Cons:

Having to go downstairs to let any of my guests in as there's no buzzer or concierge after 10pm
