Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Excellent Central location easy to find, clean tidy room with what was perfect for our stay and travels. but what really stood out was the care and support from front desk Grace. Amazing Grace. very helpful and caring in our travels for myself and my famly

Good enough for what we needed
Pros:

Location was handy, close to public transport & shops, comfortable beds, easy late check in

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working so we had to have fan and window open as it was a warm night, but as we were close to train and main roads the noise made it hard to sleep

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfectly located place for our 8 days in Sydney right near Strathfield station and near Strathfield plaza and several dining options.Great value for money and the owner Grace was extremely friendly and helpful to myself and my 9 year old daughter. Her smiling face every day was one of the highlights of our trip.

it was ok for what we needed for that night. one of the towels seemed a bit dirty.
Pros:

spacious room, but a bit dated. the Manager did upgrade us to a bigger room on the ground floor due to my partner being on crutches.

Cons:

the checkin, we waited at the door for ages (after ringing the door bell) for someone to come & unlock it & let us in.

Easy to find & great customer service
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

Close to the train station, shopping centre,pub and food outlets. Very quiet and the noise outside & inside was low.
