Pros:

The staff Jessica was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. She was super busy and the office was hot, however she remained professional and kind. Other than that I do not recommend staying here. The free wi-fi didn't work, the beds where on wood that was chipping. The bathroom in the room was not clean, we food the previously guests food in the mini fridge. For what we paid I was highly disappointed.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness was an issue. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom & fridge were dirty.

Excellent value for the price. Travelodge should put up a bigger motel sign.
Pros:

Room was comfortable with a good AC that was quieter than most low cost motels.

Cons:

Check in was slow due to staff issues with computer login for the checkin process. Also, Travelodge should install a much bigger sign so travelers can find the motel. It looks like a building has been split in half, half to Travelodge and half to another hotel chain and the Travelodge sign is microscopic and too small to see driving by on the street.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

Jessica and her staff, went to work right away to fix an overbooking. She did the work in a room herself to accommodate our family, and it was appreciated.

Cons:

Not enough soap or towels to be had, best advice...bring your own soap and an extra couple of towels.
