Bon séjour à Saint Gervais c'est une très belle ville.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel près d'un parking couvert et proximité des restaurants.

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié la salle d'eau .

L'accueil très chaleureux , personne très à l'écoute de sa clientèle qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour la suite de notre voyage vers les lacs italiens. La salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner tout à fait convenable pour le prix. Jolie petite façade. Excellent emplacement

Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Je pense que je n'ai pas fait attention au manque d'ascenseur lors de ma réservation car nous avons eu une chambre au troisième étage. C'était un peu difficile pour mon âge et mon invalidité.

Cosy hotel & great value in the heart of St Gervais
Pros:

We loved the central location, the beautiful vintage bathroom, the cosy feel and the affordable price

Cons:

The hotel doesn't open till 4pm. We would have loved to have been able to drop our bags off even if we couldn't check in early. However this was a very minor concern. Also people with disabilities/ mobility issues should be aware that there's no lift. However this was not a problem for us.

Très bien pour des gens valides.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre du village et surtout la gentillesse de l'hôte qui a accepté plusieurs changements de dates pour notre réservation, certes justifiées par la maladie, mais sur une réservation non remboursable et non modifiable.

Cons:

Les escaliers d'accès à l'hôtel et l'absence d'ascenseur pour accéder aux étages : client handicapé.

All was wonderful. The hotel is in the most center of St.-Gervais, nearby the restaurants and shops. The station of 'Tramway du Mont Blanc' is in less than 10 minutes walk. It is better to take the cable-car from the Le Fayet train station to the St.-Gervais because it is cheap (2.5 euro one-way ticket) and you do not need to wait for the bus/tramway. There is a bar on the lowest floor of the hotel and one can drink/eat there if it is needed. The staff is very friendly.

Je pense les chambres tres chères bien que l’emplacement est géniale.

Personnel très aimable

Cons:

Pour une chambre de 120 euros très bien placée au centre de st gervais , la salle de bain n’avait même pas de savon. Le distributeur était tombé , au sol sans aucune recharge. Je l’ai signalé lors de mon départ. Pas très professionnel pour ce prix là.
