Nice hotel but I would say it is expensive if you look at what you get
Pros:

The decor is nice and good breakfast with friendly staff.

Cons:

but there are 2 issues, 1. It is bit noisy as it is near the road if your room is facing the road as there is no double pane windows. 2. It is far from downtown with 15-18 mins walk

Cheap and cheerful, worth the price for the comfort
Pros:

The location is easily walkable to town! The staff is very kind and hospitable and the grounds are lovely.

Cons:

Upon arrival I noticed that all the common areas and indeed the rooms had a strong scent of perfume. It turns out they use diffusers in hallways, the lobby, etc. I have a scent sensitivity so this immediately gave me a migraine. Luckily when I brought this to the front desk they were accommodating and removed them from the common areas and the hallway leading to my room. They were kind and generous about it! However, it would have been more idea for me not to have had to say anything.

Charming Maine Experience
Pros:

Great ambiance, friendly staff, nice location, delightful bedroom, loved the outdoor space and farmers porch, and an amazing breakfast.

Cons:

It is on a busy road ...... But that is by no means a deterrent to an amazing stay.

Pros:

too far from town to walk with major hill.
Sidewalk was present but no description of being a big hill.
Right on main road and could hear the cars. Not quite or peaceful

Loved staying at this historic inn with lovely porches, public spaces, and a great breakfast!
Pros:

Convenient location near Camden. Historic inn, family run with a lovely teen-aged son at the reception desk. Lots of nice public space. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.

Cons:

Although the front porches were lovely, there was noise from the busy road.

Comfortable, welcoming and friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Warm and friendly welcome. Comfortable surroundings inside and outside suitable for all weathers. We loved listening to people playing on the piano, seeing families completing the jigsaws, chilling on the porch and free access to drinks and cookies. We enjoyed the breakfast and different cakes and scones each day. Easy access into Camden.

Cons:

Our bedroom was at the rear (which meant we didn’t hear the traffic at the front) but was noisy (and slightly smelly in the mornings) as it was near the extractor fan for the kitchen. The TV reception was poor, although fine for streaming.
