Pros:

Good breakfast and cookies! The lobby is beautiful and the outdoors are lovely! Short walk to downtown and harbor!

Beautiful cozy inviting well kept comfortable Inn with bad food

The location is the location...half a mile out of town ..no view of Harbor...but a beautiful Inn and property with history..My only complaint is reference to free breakfast.. no warm food or meat..

Cons:

Breakfast was uneatable for me...95% plant based...please scramble some eggs...provide warm link sausage or bacon..with a blueberry muffin...very simple and easy..

Wonderful setting, but breakfast awful and room could be upgraded a bit. Very noisy air conditioner

Nice location well appointed outdoor seating and ground floor lounges.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and should not be a selling point. This needs a serious upgrade and we feel it is a joke to even mention as part of the stay aspects.

Quaint!
Pros:

Staff are so nice and accommodating. They lit the fire pit and made our afternoon at the property special. Right near park for Mt. Battie. Walking distance to town. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Room is very small but that’s due to it being an older house. Flights of stairs were definitely hard with our huge suitcase! My fault but keep that in mind and pack light!!!

Beautiful property that has been updated without losing the old charm.

Cons:

We had breakfast included which they serve 8-10am however by 9 ran out of their egg bites and didn’t offer more.

The property was beautiful and nicely located near town. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, too. Wonderful place to stay.
