Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Man sollte den Trubel und das Möwengeschrei lieben. Sehr zentral gelegen, mit einem leckeren Pub. Das Frühstücksangebot ist umwerfend gut,tolle Auswahl und Buffet. Sehr Gerne wieder..

Wonderful short stay, in a fantastic location, at a great hotel.9
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel mid morning, and was warmly greeted by Amy, at the reception. She apologised that the room wasn’t yet ready, which was totally acceptable as check-in wasn’t until 3pm. I happened to mention that it was my husband’s 70th birthday, and when we arrived back to our room at 2pm (which she kindly texted us to tell us it was ready) there was a bottle of prosecco and a birthday card from hotel team. We were so touched by the kind gesture.
The room was lovely and comfortable, with plenty of tea bags, and milk etc, plus biscuits.
We had a gorgeous view of the harbour too.
We ate in the restaurant that evening, the meal was very good, and the staff were all so in friendly and made sure we had all we needed, and were happy with everything.
We had breakfast the next morning, again was very good, as were all the staff too.
When we arrived home I realised we had left all my husband’s birthday cards behind. Luckily the staff had found them, and Amy said she would post them to us, free of charge. Again, we were touched by her kindness, and so grateful to her for being so helpful and understanding. She really did go above and beyond her duties. Thank you so very much.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad, super Frühstück (kostenlose Bestellung von der Frühstückskarte, da Frühstück inklusive gebucht), Top Lage (direkt am Hafen, nahe der Bushaltestelle)!

Cons:

Eventuell kleinere Instandhaltungs-/Renovierungsarbeiten wären angebracht (z.B. Zimmerdecke), kleine, verwinkelte Gänge mit vielen Treppen zu den Zimmern zunächst ungewohnt und verwirrend ;-)

A great stay in the heart of Padstow, with wonderful staff to take care of your needs.
Pros:

The staff team all seemed to work well together. Friendly and very helpful towards us. Went out of way to be helpful. A packed breakfast was provided, which was outstanding for our early start walking.

Cons:

The condition of the room we had didn't match our expectations or the price we paid; this however was dealt with and feel we were heard and had our standards met. Happy to recommend now!
