Great staff especially the Newcastle United supported at reception
Pros:

Third time here in a few months staff are great they look after me locations good decent pool area good rooms on the 4th floor facing the pool

ils ont annulé ma réservation sans me prévenir, alors que j avais reservé une semaine avant, c 'est qu'en arrivant qu'ils m'informent.
la personne qui m a parlé ne m'a donné aucun justif, je me suis retrouvée a agadir sans endroit pour passer la nuit.
lorsque je lui demande une solution, le soit disant responsable, que le minimum c'est d'informer les clients, il me dit simplement on attendait l'heure de check in qui est 14h, j'etais a l'hotet a 13H45 , il m'a laissé planté là dans le hall de l hotel.
