Cleanliness
7.4
Mixed reports: many guests describe rooms as clean and impeccably maintained, but several specific complaints note smells, filthy floors and occasional dirty items, so cleanliness is below the target overall.
Service

Generally praised: multiple mentions of friendly, efficient check-in staff and personalized touches (e.g., wine/anniversary note). One strong negative report about disrespectful staff, but positive service comments dominate.
Location
9.1
Strongly positive: numerous comments highlight a very convenient location for appointments and easy access, with only rare notes about not being near certain attractions.
Room Quality
8.9
Rooms frequently described as spacious, modern and comfortable with good bathrooms and beds; occasional notes about plain pool area or minor faults, but room quality is high overall.
Amenities
8.6
Good offerings noted: on-site Thai restaurant, spa bath in some rooms, free parking and complimentary items; some criticism of pool area cleanliness and a missing kitchenette sink for some guests.
Value for Money
8.4
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Mixed to negative: on-site Thai restaurant is convenient and praised by some, but specific criticism describes restaurant food as oily and tasteless, lowering this category.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall guests report a positive experience with many stating they'd return; highlighted positives (clean, comfy rooms, good location, friendly staff) outweigh the intermittent issues.
