Cons:

En la descripción indicaba que había nevera y lo elegí por eso, ya que había otro sitio más barato pero no tenía nevera. Cuando llegamos a la habitación no había nevera y tuvimos que bajar a quejarnos, después de un rato nos dieron una que tuvimos que subir y enchufar nosotros. También pedí cama de matrimonio pero cuando llegué eran dos camas, no estaba el hotel lleno para darnos esa habitación, nos la dieron así porque les dió la gana. Al llegar no nos dieron ni factura, nos atendió una persona que no era la recepcionista y al día siguiente no nos quisieron servir desayuno porque eran las 12 pero había gente desayunando y yo misma el día anterior había desayunado ahí con compañeros de trabajo a la misma hora.
La habitación era vieja, el baño de los años 80.

- El pueblo de Palma del Río es espectacular

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba, algo que me pareció fatal, estábamos en la segunda planta y tuvimos que cargar con las maletas, según me habían comentado, llevaba estropeado varios dias

poorly managed hotel

Centrally located, nice building, nice terrace, nice city, some very nice staff

Cons:

Elevator was not working, wifi was rarely working, breakfast was the poorest during our travel in Spain. In one of our rooms the aircon was hardly working, the little fridge was hardly cooling. In the other room the aircon was excellent, but there was no fridge at all and the smell was terrible from cigarets.
Breakfast starts late, I think it was 7.30am. Breakfast is not a buffet breakfast, its served on your table. We got each 1 piece of toast bread, 1 piece of mini pate, 1 piece of mini tomato pure, 1 mini butter, a little iberico ham cut into small mini cubes, coffee and water.

Mejorar atención en cafeteria
Pros:

El edificio es precioso, la habitación muy amplia y todo muy limpio y la ubicación es céntrica.

Cons:

En la cafetería el personal podría ser más amable, asesorar sobre los desayunos típicos que ofrece y mantener el contador visual y atender con una sonrisa.
