Very small room tiny bed. I left two nights before my booking finished they promised and got signature on the paper that they will refund one night. But so far they never did.

Super séjour
Pros:

localisation sympathique, avec un beau bâtiment. Le manager côté hôtel était très sympathique et la chambre était propre et agréable.

Cons:

Le seul bémol était le manque de climatisation dans les chambres. Mais un ventilateur était à disposition.

Pros:

Good location. Nice area and very close to train station

Cons:

One unruly very drunk customer constantly swearing loudly during Switzerland v Bosnia & H world cup game and staff did nothing about it. Had to move to other side of pub to get away.
Also lighting was too dim in the bathroom.

Perfect place stay at budget price
Pros:

Great location for access into City with Hithergreen Station just across the road.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and food was good with varied menu.

Cons:

Only issue we had was a problem with the shower in that the shower tray didn’t drain away quickly enough and if you stayed in shower for more than a minute there was a danger it would flood the bathroom. Hotel were aware of the problem and workmen were in the hotel trying to sort issue out but wasn’t sorted out before we left.

Freundliches Personal, top Lage, Zimmer leider etwas dreckig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Superior) war ausreichend groß und das Hotel ist nahe der railway gelegen sodass man schnell in der Stadt ist. Das Frühstück (inbegriffen) ist sehr gut und üppig, besonders das typisch Englische -man kann aus einer Karte wählen. Im Zimmer gab es einen Kaffeeautomaten mit Kapseln die aufgefüllt wurden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Stimmung und das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und authentisch. Von der Livemusik haben wir im Zimmer (2. Stock) nichts gehört. In der Umgebung sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Leider sah der Teppich im Zimmer ungesaugt und schmutzig aus, die beiden Betten waren leider auch fleckig und im Bad gab es Schimmelflecken in der Dusche - hinzu kam, dass wir nicht das Gefühl hatten, dass das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt wurde. Der Holzgriff der Schublade ist lose, die Taste der Toilettenspülung war nicht mehr vorhanden und die Fernbedienung für den Ventilator hat nicht funktioniert - natürlich kann man alles noch benutzen, es macht aber irgendwie keinen guten Gesamteindruck und liese sich schnell und ohne viel Aufwand reparieren. Das Toilettenpapier wurde leider nicht aufgefüllt sodass ich zweimal nachfragen musste - einmal spät am Abend im Pub bei vollem Betrieb. Leider wurden die Saft- & Wasserkaraffen beim Frühstück erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, was auch nicht sonderlich schlimm ist, jedoch unaufmerksam und es war nicht viel los.

Alapvetően elégedett voltam,de a felújítás már ráfér a szobákra.
Pros:

Nagyon szép szobák, tisztaság, a személyzet kedvessége. A reggel szuper volt, igazi angol reggeli és finom avokádós toast.

A szobák felújítandóak, a nyilászárók régiek.

Londres con esencia
Pros:

El staff super atentos y simpáticos, incluso fue posible adelantar el checkin. Millones de gracias!
El tamaño de la habitación también cabe destacarlo ya que otras veces que nos hemos alojado la habitación era muy pequeña. Esta habitación es un palacio en comparación!!!
Y por ultimo, el capuchino super super rico!!

Cons:

Poca variedad de desayuno incluido, sirve para coger un poquito de fuerza para empezar la mañana
