Excellent place with good food, excellent staff and great train connection if you visit London
Pros:

Staff were very supportive, respectful and responsive. It was my first stay at this hotel and will definitely visit again when back in London.

Pub con camere e questo pone delle differenze con l’hotel
A partire dal cambio asciugamani non giornaliero e dalla ristorazione ovviamente diversa
Buona la colazione con poca scelta ma questo è un plus per non sprecare il cibo per me e piatti abbondanti
Personale cordiale e disponibile
Buona la posizione vicino la stazione che in 10 mn vi porta a London Bridge
Quartiere tranquillo

Cons:

Le camere sono a bassa illuminazione e questo rende un po’ di disagio
Bagno piccolo ,non finestrato poco illuminato .
Un dettaglio non di certo una polemica,l’unico miscelatore è presente nella doccia ..il lavandino ha ancora i due rubinetti che rendono magari per qualcuno un problema
Altra nota dolente la pulizia carente nelle camere ma nulla da dire nei locali in comune del pub
Nel complesso lo consiglierei per una notte ma non di certo 4 come abbiamo fatto noi

Great staff, location and value for money!
Pros:

Lovely staff, nice friendly bar downstairs. Sweet touches in room such as fudge on arrival/wee welcome note etc.

Cons:

Bed not hugely comfortable unfortunately and a wee bit of wear and tear in the decor but nothing to put us off staying again in the future.

Good location, good pub food, nice staff, quiet nights.
Pros:

Location (quick train ride to central London), price (excellent for London), delicious pub food, staff (did their best to accommodate my needs), quiet nights (pub section closed at 11:00 p.m.) and clean, crisp sheets.

Cons:

Warning: do not bring heavy bags. No elevator, and staff not readily available to bring up bags to my room on the top floor, so I brought them up myself. Nothing wrong with this except it is not noted in listing and unless one has stayed in pub accommodations before, one might not be aware of this. However, there was a kind staff member who helped bring luggage down for my departure.
Also slackness in cleanliness--drinking glass in bathroom had been rinsed out but not properly cleaned--evidence of someone else's toothbrush/toothpaste in my glass, same with teacup in room, rinsed not washed. Either vacuum not working properly or carpet had not been vacuumed before my arrival and certainly not in the gap between the twin beds.
