Cons:

Very disappointing experience. We booked a room through Agoda two days in advance and received a confirmed booking. Our check-in time was 12:00 PM, but we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 AM and showed them our booking confirmation.even we showed we selected book and pay at hotel option he forcefully said to pay from website where it is not showing any option there and in website they mentioned to pay at the property .totally he communicated misinformation for which he doesn't have any knowledge.
However, the hotel staff said they had not received any booking email from Agoda and asked us to come back at 12:00 PM. We even requested an early check-in and offered to pay an additional amount for the 8:00 AM–12:00 PM period while continuing with our Agoda booking afterward.
The staff quoted an unreasonable amount of ₹2000 for just four hours. We were also informed that direct bookings were being charged around ₹2600 per person. The entire experience was frustrating, and the staff were not helpful in resolving the issue.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Location is very near to airport. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy.

Cons:

I had to ask every time to switch on the hot water. They had some issues about it.
It's little noisy.

Thought it was near the airport for early flight but there are other maybe better ones
Pros:

Food in restaurant was good

Cons:

Bathroom not very clean.

Location is definitely to be avoided, dirty, difficult to walk around, noisy etc etc

Shuttle did not meet me at the airport as promised

Great location, excellent breakfast but something not right in the way the staff deal is the customers,

Location - very close to the airport.

Cons:

The reception staff wanted our voucher number given by booking.com which the agency considers confidential. I wondered if they asked for this to manipulate the review.
