The proximity to Masjid's Ladies Gate was highly advantageous.
Not worth paying 350 riyals a day for a cold, disrespectful attitude from the staff and a complete lack of basic facilities.Parking was flatly denied despite plenty of empty space — and this was mid‑week, not even a busy period. The check‑in staff were cold, dismissive, and arrogantly uninterested in anything a guest needed.Basic amenities? None. No toothbrush, no tissue box, nothing. Housekeeping didn’t bother to appear until the third day, and only after repeated insistence. The rooms are cramped, the beds are so tiny they’re barely usable for an adult, and the overall setup feels like a cheap hostel pretending to be a hotel. The cleaning staff’s (Bengali boys) behaviour is sneakingly cheap and careless — the shampoo and body‑wash dispensers were faulty to the point that not a single drop could be used, forcing guests to buy their own. Their attitude is outright rude, and they clearly have no understanding of how to speak to or behave with guests. If they (bengali staff) cannot communicate professionally, they should stick to English or Arabic, instead of throwing slang around in Urdu like they’re talking to friends on the street.Their conduct inside the hotel is just as bad — they will slam the lift door in your face while hauling their supplies, which is ironic considering they barely clean anything during the stay. The bell boy completes the disaster: at checkout, he simply dumped the luggage on the road and walked off, not even waiting for the guest to load it into the car. This place operates with a level of negligence, arrogance, and disrespect that makes its “*‑star” claim laughable.

Location is perfect staff is friendly very clean
Parking Issue
- Location was very close to haram
- 1 hour late checkout
- Reception was cooperative
- Smell in the room which I believe is the problem with many hotels perhaps due to carpet or old AC ducting.
- False fire alarm rang at least 2-3 times in the middle of the night which was a nuisance.
- Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved.
Location was ok,but in hot weather it looks far, thankfully the reception man give us 1st floor, not to wait for the lift...
Room size was very small,it eas suppose to be double bed only but they make it 3 beds, too much small,no table for eating purpose
Close to the Masjid. Had plenty of nearby food eating places.
A very limited car parking. We did not received the space to park our car. The washroom (of room 226) needs maintenance work. After taking a shower, the water used to come out of the showering area, on to the floor, making it wet. The showering foucet (mounted on the top wall) was leaking water, so the flow was not good. There were some insects inside the washroom.
