Good value for money, my stay was due to a wedding that was happening nearby and this was ideal location for me.

Pros:

Great location, quiet but very close to the centre and the cathedral. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, quiet, plenty of storage space and 3 fans which was really good as the weather was very hot. Lighting in the bathroom was excellent, best I've come across and mirror did not steam over after showering. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Pillows were a little lumpy and the shower door didn't close properly which meant there was a small pool of water on the bathroom floor after showering.

Good location. Comfortable but not quite as expected.

Nice and clean. Welcoming.

Cons:

Room was quite small and very warm and airless in the heatwave although there was a fan. We had paid for a superior room and details said wine/champagne for guests which didn’t happen. Therefore would like to query whether we were given correct room please.

Wasn't very clean, when we got into our room it had not been cleaned from the last person who stayed there. There was no milk for tea or coffee etc etc

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

One window with no curtain. Broken shower handle. Faulty tv. Not serving breakfast at all. Not even as an extra. One member of staff said yes at 10am and was overruled, no breakfast.

We would have appreciated the option of having breakfast included.
The shower in our room leaked so we had to put towels all over the floor.
Also nowhere to put the soap in the shower.
