Dump, don't go
Pros:

Nothing it's a dump, broken hairdryer, table leg falling off. Linen is like something from the past all lumpy. Towels frayed I've never seen soap that size since I was at school

Pros:

Really well located and having the car park just behind was brilliant.
Staff were really helpful, lady even took my bag up. They arranged for my room to be ready early as I had a wedding to get to.

Cons:

The only real negative was the shower drain smell but all was very clean.

In a good position but just a little dated
Pros:

Staff lovely and close to town

Cons:

Room dated carpets not the best and the area leading to the room wasn't the best. We were in room 3 the window needed a good clean. Went to use the shower in the morning and there was no water coming out! No one around to ask as doors to the main area were locked.

Shower and door need fixing - noisy pump outside tripping in and out till after 2am

On the whole it was absolutely fine.
Pros:

There was no breakfast available, which was a little disappointing!
We ate in the restaurant on the Friday night, and the food was pretty good.
The staff were attentive, but it was quiet in the restaurant.

Cons:

Everything was perfectly acceptable.

The process was very easy, room was very clean, mattress was great.

Cons:

Pillows to hard, but that's personal choice, shower was ver stiff to turn on, tv didn't work, didn't inform anyone as late.

Our stay was fine but the pub was a little disappointing.
Pros:

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. The homemade cheesecake was delicious. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

It was disappointing that the pub didn’t offer breakfast.
We had to change room as the lock did not work on the original room. Electrical items in the room had not been recently safety tested. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.
