Excellent stay! I highly recommend Troya Hotel. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and feels safe. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price offers great value for money. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. Everything was comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again.

Sufficient and clean
Pros:

As usual the location which is close to metro sishane and some bus stops, also distant from istiklal street and the chaos.. small rooms yet well equipped, proper space for one, staff and great and the janitors are on the run..

Cons:

Unfortunately for those who are sensitive to noise, the street gets noisy most often so i picked an atrium room which has no view to the street, little i knew that there is loud music playing most of the weekdays till 1 or maybe 2 on weekends… so for those seeking a calm sleep… unsure if you will like it, i didn’t raise the issue, as its their job and am sure theres nothing much to do, but it would have been ethical if they informed their visitors of the upcoming noise at night!
Regarding the breakfast, its nothing fancy, they try to provide with different options..
The pillows though super clean, yet super stiff! It felt like sleeping on a rock!
They could make use of a better shampoo and shower gel options and that hand soap with intense smell it did get on my nerves!

Pros:

Добрый день! Расположение отеля супер. Кто любит пешие прогулки, самое то. Завтраки вкусные. Мы завтракали на террасе. Вид на город, чайки, вороны (их можно покормить).

Cons:

На фото 3х местный номер с 3я отдельными кроватями, а по факту 2 и 1. Но об этом мы узнали позже в сообщении. Тапочки, зубные щетки и тп. прошлось спрашивать. Воду в номер принесли на второй день. Мелочи, но когда приезжаешь на 3,4 дня это важно.

My stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.
During the check-out process, I was placed under unfair pressure to pay for a towel which the staff claimed was missing. However, there was no towel in my room at all from the beginning of my stay. Being accused of something I did not take and being pressured to pay for it was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
What made this situation even more distressing is the fact that I am currently dealing with brain cancer, and instead of being treated with understanding and respect, I experienced unnecessary pressure and emotional stress during my stay.
Overall, the entire experience was very unpleasant and did not reflect the level of service and professionalism that should be expected from a hotel.

Hotel in buona posizione, ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto, personale molto gentile, buona pulizia. Booking aveva attivato su questo hotel un'offerta con trasporto gratuito dall'aeroporto che ha funzionato benissimo e che, vista la distanza dall'aeroporto, è stato veramente molto apprezzato.

Cons:

La mia camera fortunatamente dava sulla parte davanti dell'hotel, al 5 piano, con finestra sulla città. Io mi sono trovata bene e non sentivo tanti rumori, ma altre persone che hanno avuto le stanze sul retro, con finestre che davano su un cavedio, sentivano fortissimo il rumore delle serate con musica a tutto volume che si tenevano sulla terrazza dell'hotel e hanno dovuto dormire con i tappi nelle orecchie. Inoltre, le luci si accendono e spengono con un piccolo "touch screen" che ogni tanto non risponde ai comandi: io ho dovuto chiamare la reception in piena notte perché era impossibile spegnere la luce del bagno (la porta è di vetro satinato e la luce impediva di dormire). Devo dire che sono venuti subito a riparare l'interruttore anche se erano le 2.30 di notte. Ad una collega di un'altra stanza è successa la stessa cosa.
