Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación fue cómoda y, en general, las instalaciones fueron agradables. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio considerablemente afectada por la atención recibida por parte del personal.
Al momento del check-in, tuvimos que esperar más de lo previsto pese a que ya había llegado la hora establecida para ingresar a nuestra habitación. Asimismo, durante la noche, la atención del personal nos pareció poco cordial, mostrando en algunos momentos impaciencia ante nuestras solicitudes. Incluso consultamos si podían guardarnos la llave y recibimos una negativa de una manera que consideramos poco amable.
La situación más incómoda ocurrió al momento de retirarnos del hotel, cuando nos dimos cuenta de que habíamos olvidado una prenda. Al regresar para solicitarla, se nos indicó que no se había encontrado nada. Tuvimos que esperar durante bastante tiempo mientras se consultaba con diferentes personas, incluyendo al personal de limpieza. En todo momento se nos aseguró que no tenían la prenda, a pesar de que nosotros insistíamos en que la habíamos dejado allí. La situación llegó a preocuparnos bastante, ya que estábamos a punto de perder nuestro vuelo. Finalmente, después de indicar que tendríamos que recurrir a la policía para esclarecer lo ocurrido, la prenda apareció.
Es una verdadera pena que un hotel tan bonito, con habitaciones tan cómodas y agradables instalaciones, se vea opacado por una atención al cliente que, en nuestra experiencia, dejó mucho que desear. Esperamos que puedan tomar estos comentarios como una oportunidad de mejora, especialmente en cuanto al trato, la cordialidad y la atención hacia los huéspedes.

Location is superb. Clean hotel with good facilities. Breakfast options were very nice.
The pool was long left unclean.
Upon our arrival we learnt that the room we booked thinking is a double bed was in reality offering optional double bed, thus we received a twin bedroom. Mistake (or should I say overlooked matter) is on our end, however, we didn’t appreciate how the matter was handled by the staff. They were rather inconsiderate and rigid. We didn’t have any unpleasantness afterwards.
