Pros:

Tudo maravilhoso nesse hotel! Funcionários excepcionais, quarto limpo, café excelente, fazem café box caso seu passeio saia muito cedo.
O barman Dênis possui um atendimento espetacular com os hóspedes! Muito atencioso e profissional!
O funcionário Ivan também nos atendeu muito bem!
O quarto é ótimo!

Terrible noise and 0 recourse, forget about a quiet rest

Provided a welcome drink, location was close to Qorikancha and walkable to Plaza de Armes

Cons:

Room situated below a jacuzzi with massive noise. Staff unhelpful in resolving and initially did not attempt to even troubleshoot, just ended the conversation by saying there is no other room available (so suck it up). Mini fridge in the room was buzzing all night.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, desde o primeiro momento que chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto excelente. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã excepcional , o hotel não fica muito próximo a Plaza das Armas necessário caminhar um pouco, mas a vantagem que não tem barulho. Não nos atrapalhou.
