It was a perfect location, room was very clean and updated, pool was very clear, staff was very friendly.

perfect location updated clean and modern
Pros:

Updated motel vibe. Perfect location. Half a block (only separation from the boardwalk is the parking lot and public parking lot) to the beach. Across the street is the ice cream shop, bike rental and cafe's. Well maintained decent sized pool. Modern and trending updates. Only wish they had a little fire pit by the pool, since they have a nice lounge area with patio chairs and sofas by the pool which is perfect for lounging after dinner in the evenings. Easy check in and check out. Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

Would not reimburse or credit my one night stay due to road closures and dangerous weather conditions. Very disappointing especially that I was planning on staying there annually. Would not even talk to me in the telephone.

Best location in Ocean City, NJ
Pros:

The location is right next to the Boardwalk. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was a nice size with a large bathroom. Everything was clean and bright. The pool was a wonderful space with lots of out door seating. We will return to this location again and again

Pros:

The room was a block from the boardwalk, perfect location. It was clean and relatively newly remodeled.

Cons:

We were in room 101 which is right on the courtyard. Other guests were in and out, very loud at all times. They need to have a quiet time policy in place.

Location and pool are great. Rooms and house keeping. Not so much.
Pros:

Pool was nice. Great location and parking isn't as bad as people say it is. The cafe that's attached is awesome food was great. Staff was extremely nice

Cons:

Ants, which i get it happens. But i had someone come vacuum them and take the linens from the beds and some pillows. They never showed up with new ones. I tried the text and it didn't work. Tried to call got no answer. So i searched for some couldn't find any at all and me and my family had to share 4 pillows and one bed with one blanket that we brought. For that reason. Staff is great. House keeping needs to know to bring back linens and blankets if they are going to clean the room.

Girls weekend success
Pros:

Great establish. Seconds from the boardwalk. The bathroom door was barn style and did not lock but everything else was perfect.

We felt the price was extremely fair for being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The room was very nice too!

Pros:

Clean, very close to the boardwalk, off street parking, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We noticed the exterior doors don't seal to the floor/threshold so Thugs and ants can come in also not very private from noise and kids were making noise outside on the balconies until about 11:00 p.m.
