A good place to explore the old town of Bangkok
Pros:

I did enjoy my stay, and it is a good place to explore the old town of Bangkok. The local restaurants and shops are cheaper than in more modern areas.
Location: Good things, only a 30-minute walk from the main temples
7-Eleven is everywhere and very close to a busy street market with bars and restaurants.

Clean: Every time I requested the room to be cleaned, they did, changing the bedsheets and towels. Refill water and coffee.

- Facilities: You have a fridge and a kettle in your room, and it's great to have them. They offer breakfast until 14.00.

Cons:

There was a construction next to my door, so the first day was difficult, but they upgraded my room, and I changed buildings. However, it was difficult to sleep in the morning because I worked remotely and went to sleep very late. The noises ended by the time I left, though.

- Downside: Internet. If you need to work remotely, the internet is unreliable, and I had to pay extra GB to make video calls. If you do not need video calls or only some meetings, I think it would be okay.

- The new room was too dark.

- Facilities: They offer breakfast; however, it would be great if the room had a microwave. But I knew before I came, so this is only a suggestion.
