Colazione a parte, che vista la tariffa ci saremmo aspettati inclusa. Mancava inoltre il condizionatore: anche se in montagna di norma non serve, si è sentita la mancanza in un'estate così torrida e, essendo un 4 stelle, ne davamo per scontata la erroneamente la presenza.

Nuostabi viešnagė Bressanone! 🤍 Viešbutis paliko tikrai labai gerą įspūdį – nuo pat atvykimo jautėmės ypatingai. Buvome maloniai nustebinti, kai mūsų kambarys buvo nemokamai upgradintas, o kambaryje dar laukė šampanas – tokios detalės tikrai sukuria išskirtinę patirtį. 🥂✨
Kambarys buvo labai jaukus, gražus ir komfortiškas, personalas malonus bei dėmesingas. Visa viešnagė buvo tokia, kurią norisi prisiminti ir į tokią vietą sugrįžti dar kartą. Tikrai rekomenduojame! 🤍

Brixen eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Lage und freundliches Personal.
Kleiner Wellnessbereich war ansprechend gemütlich.

Cons:

Auf dem Morgenbuffet hatte es mehrtägig alte Brötchen, die vollgummig schmeckten. Alte Ware auf dem Buffet geht gar nicht!!!
Das war das schlechteste Morgenbuffet in meiner langjährigen Reiseerfahrung.
Muss sofort geändert werden und das Personal besser geschult werden.

Very kind staff and convenient bus stop, would definitely stay again
Pros:

We only stayed here for one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Ideally I would have loved to take more advantage of all the spa amenities but we didn't have time. The staff was soo incredibly kind. This was our starting point for a few days trekking Alta Via 2- they let us keep our bags for a few days free of charge and the bus stop is literally in front of the hotel. Breakfast had many options and was tasty. The rooftop pool area has a great view of the area! The hotel also has bikes you can borrow for the day which was awesome.
