Ein super Hotel zum entspannen und um die Region zu erkunden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, die Zimmer hatten eine super Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten, es war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage auf dem Berg war klasse, man hat eine tolle Aussicht, das Restaurant ist sehr gut (aber auch teuer)

Cons:

Man hat nicht immer einen Parkplatz bekommen, gerade wenn das Restaurant geöffnet waren oft die Parkplätze durch Gäste des Restaurants belegt.
Ein Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne die als Dusche genutzt werden musste, das ist für Kinder in Ordnung aber ältere oder große Personen haben es hier nicht so komfortabel. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr, allerdings war das meiste ab 9:30 Uhr vergriffen.
Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer, auch wenn es gut ist.

Une soirée étape idéale et hors du temps
Pros:

C’est la troisième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Tout y est. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les repas très bons. Même notre ado adore venir.

Les matelas pourraient être en peu plus confortables.

la vue, la piscine et la présence de réceptionniste h24 et la station de chargement électrique pour la voiture

Cons:

l'absence de machine à café ou de bouilloire dans la chambre, l'acoustique quasi absent (l'alarme vibreur de la chambre d'a coté s'entend), le petit déjeuner correct sans plus (peu de fruits ou de légumes et boissons chaudes limitée).

Très bel emplacement, grande propreté de l'établissement, literie de qualité, bonne connexion internet, piscine très agréable et très bien entretenue, équipe de nettoyage très sympathique et efficace. Ambiance reposante grâce à un public discret et visiblement en quête de calme (notamment à la piscine).

Soggiorno rilassante, camera spaziosa, letto comodo, location tranquilla, bellissima vista, bella piscina e spazi relax. Ottimo il ristorante.

La porta della nostra camera non si chiudeva e abbiamo dormito con la sedia contro la porta perché erano proprio deformati i cardini della porta, non si chiudeva nemmeno la porta del bagno. Lo specchio del bagno era rovinato e anche i battiscopa in bagno un po’ rotti. Ci vorrebbe più cura del dettaglio soprattutto per la cifra che si spende la porta della camera si deve poter chiudere!!! (Abbiamo fatto tentativi anche da fuori e se eri dentro con la card inserita la porta rimaneva aperta perché non riuscivi a chiudere con la chiave da dentro. Invece uscendo e togliendo la card si chiudeva).

Très belle emplacement malgré que les prestation de l'hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, pas de baignoire salle e bain vétuste douche trop petite, petit déjeuné un peux juste et restaurant de l'hôtel cher et décevant.

chambre très sommaire comme la décoration salle de bain pas pratique et vétuste, jacuzzi en panne, pas de cafe ni thé dans les chambre, restauration pas à la hauteur des prestation de l'hôtel.

Bello si, ma non vale la qualità prezzo, ci vuole più attenzione ai piccoli dettagli.

Castello molto bello e piscina confortevole con sufficiente spazio per potersi rilassare sotto al sole o anche sotto l'ombra di alberi o ombrelloni e potersi godere la vista sulle vigne. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Premetto che ho prenotato una Junion Suite poichè tutte le altre stanze erano ormai prenotate. Detto questo, alla luce del costo della stanza penso che non possa rispecchiare il suo nome per quanto riguarda pulizia, integrità dei servizi e vista. Premetto che la stanza che ci è stata data non era presente neanche sulle foto di presentazione della camera. erano presenti delle ragnatele sulla cornice della porta di ingresso, specialmente nella parte bassa. Il mobile del bagno presentava delle crepe per infiltrazione di acqua. Il soffione della doccia era di quelli rimovibili con la corona estera di getti inutilizzabile poichè tutti tappati dal calcare o rotti, abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia con la parte interna da cui usciva un getto piccolo. Ultima cosa, non sono solito fare recensioni negative, ma se chiamano Junior suite una camera solo perchè è leggermente più grande e ha un divanetto non trovo il senso di farla pagare molto di più di altre... Anche perchè tutte le altre camere sono rivolte verso le vigne, questa aprivi la finestra e ti trovavi il balconcino, praticamente in comunione con quello di fianco, bastava solo alzare la gamba e scavalcare la cancellata, ma cosa più fastidiosa erano gli alberi davanti e la camera rivolta nella parte opposta... quindi niente vista. Oltretutto, e qui concludo, colazione tanto decantata sulle varie recensioni, ma nella totale media, se non anche più scarsa di tanti altri posti, che da una location del genere che ha anche un suo ristorante non te lo aspetti...
