Beaux cadre mais trop de lacunes
Pros:

Le cadre ,les petits déjeuners, l’environnement proche.

Cons:

On nous a attribué une chambre horrible (124) avec une petite fenêtre et une salle de bain d’un autre âge (baignoire hyper dangereuse sans poignée)
Le personnel de réception pas efficace et pas aimable,c’était la quatrième fois que nous venions dans cet hôtel , pour être traité de la sorte nous ne viendrons plus , je pense que la clientèle des touristes opérateurs avec pullman est plus la cible de cet hôtel

Colazione ottima, varia e abbondante. Location suggestiva e camera pulita. Vista apprezzata. Consiglio di prenotare con anticipo il ristorante perché c’è il rischio di non trovare posto.

Cons:

Camera normale, per essere una superior mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Armadiatura in camera enorme quasi inutile, avrei preferito un altro arredo che la caratterizzasse. Parcheggio un po’ buio, poche luci esterne.

Un ottimo soggiorno per visitare Alba e le Langhe

Posizione ideale per visitare le Langhe e Alba bel panorama, location suggestiva camera spaziosissima

Cons:

Rivedrei i letti perché sotto le aspettative rispetto al resto della struttura cosí come la colazione buona ma migliorabile nell'offerta di prodotti.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man hat eine wunder- schöne Aussicht. Der Swimming-Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir waren enttäuscht dass wir nicht im Restaurant das Abendessen einnehmen konnten weil es voll besetzt war. Wir mussten dann nochmals nach Alba fahren. Allerdings bekamen wir gute Restaurant-Tips von der Reception.👍

Aussergewöhnliche Lage und Aussicht in historischem Schloss. Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Kein Restaurantbesuch möglich. Wird bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen. Jovial wird auf Restaurants in der Umgebung von 10 - 20 Min. verwiesen. Gastfreundschaft😵‍💫😩

Der Service hat sich verschlechtert.
Pros:

Die neue Leitung hat uns durch ihr unprofessionelles Verhalten die Laune verdorben.
Das übrige Personal ist sehr jung und unerfahren.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gibt es zwei Tassen Kaffee; ab der dritten muss man für jede weitere Tasse zahlen.
Die Restauranttips waren wertlos.
