Cons:

Pokoj po schodech jak na nějaké chatě bez upozornění a fotek,přišlo šest žen na úklid a nebyly schopny ani to upatlané zrcadlo, které již bylo při checkinu vyleštit.Sprcha ,sprchovací hlavice totálně zanesena ,že sotva sní tekla voda.Tady bych už za ty peníze nejel.

There were many more value for money hotels close by which were well maintained
Pros:

The pictures looked great when booking, however there was a serious lack of maintenance- the loungers were falling apart, mine gave in just leaning on it - especially on the beach. Most of the loungers were broken, the entertainment area looked derelict, there was also a constant foul smell around - probably sewerage. No tv in rooms - just a bracket.
It was also very difficult to find, but on the up side, it was super close to the sea and they kept that part of the beach nice and litter free.
The pool was well maintained and ideal.

Pros:

очень хороший вариант, по соотношению цена качество, были здесь в 2009 года первый раз в свадебном путешествии, спустя 17 лет снова вернулись сюда, пляж стал некупабельным, но общее расположение хорошее, персонал доброжелательный.

Cons:

В кафе мало вариантов завтраков, да и не очень вкусно готовят, ели 1 раз, больше не стали, ходили в соседние кафе, кондиционеры надо при заселении сразу проверять, в некоторых бунгало, они не работают.

Great stay, worth it, would repeat
Pros:

The location is perfect, around some of the most beautiful beaches of koh tao, plus in front of the sea, really nice staff, early checkin allowed without even requesting it, and beautiful gardens.

Cons:

The bed linen could be a bit better (texture), everything was clean tho, but the linen are a bit rough.

Perfect calm break with lots close by!
Pros:

So close to the beach and the dive shops. Really friendly staff. A nice calm break surrounded by nature. Lots of restaurants and a 7/11 near by. I can’t recommend this place enough

Magnifico!
Pros:

Stupendo soggiorno! Il resort si trova sulla spiaggia di Chalok e a 10 minuti a piedi da Shark Bay, una della baie più belle dell’isola. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e il loro ristorante è super economico. La camera era esattamente come nelle foto, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, frigorifero compreso. Abbiamo anche prolungato il nostro soggiorno perché ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Fair value but needs some updates
Pros:

It’s very well located and relatively cheap compared to elsewhere and for the location.

Cons:

My room had no where to store clothes, other than about 4 hangers. My clothes were all on the floor as a result and I saw multiple cockroaches in my room (obviously normal), but no nice when your clothes are lying on the floor. The bathroom didn’t feel clean.

Je ne choisirais pas de nouveau cet hôtel pour y séjourner, on peut trouver des hôtel mieux placé et plus agréable à pro
Pros:

Le resort est bien selon les chambres attribuées car certaines donnent côté rue donc avec le bruit des scooters et des voitures qui passent et d autres côté jardin avec une belle vue verdoyante et au calme.

Cons:

L emplacement est à 25min en scooter de la walking street et la plage n est pas entretenue. Pas de transats et baignade pas idéal car pas de fond et il faut marcher loin pour se baigner.
