Pros:

Walking distance of airport

Cons:

Had communicated my arrival time with staff (1-2 am) flight was delayed so updated to closer to 3am. I arrived. Woman seemed totally confused and kept saying she had given my key to a man. I kept showing her the booking was for 1 person under my name. Eventually she gave me a key and room but after 40 hrs travel could have done without this.

Great place for exploring Guayaquil, or a layover near the airport
Pros:

Communication with the property was outstanding. They sent very comprehensive instructions for my airport pickup, which I really appreciated. The hotel staff even accompanied the driver and assisted me with my luggage due to an injury I sustained. They had a great selection of drinks and snacks when I arrived, and even went out of their way to order AND deliver my dinner to the room when the restaurant chef called out sick. The pool is beautiful and immaculately clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The TV had Netflix which provided entertainment during a long layover before my flight the next day. Their included breakfast was eggs, fruits, breads, fresh pressed juice and coffee, and was a great way to start my travel day. Thanks!

Prima en veilig verblijf voor 1 nacht dichtbij het vliegveld

5 minuten met de taxi vanaf het vliegveld.
Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Erg fijn dat een familielid van dit familiehotel ons heen en weer naar de stad heeft gereden om wat spullen op te halen. Dat was een erg gezellig rit met leuke conversatie. Hij sprak prima Engels.

Cons:

Jammer dat we het ontbijt niet konden gebruiken omdat we om 7 uur op het vliegveld moesten zijn. Het ontbijtpersoneel begint pas om 7 uur.

It fit all our needs for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Very close to the airport; walking distance to Mall del Sol; clean, comfortable, staff helpful. This will be our new overnight place when flying in and out from Guayaquil.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t great, but it was sufficient.

A refreshing place to stay.
Pros:

Location to airport and bus station was great. Room was large and showers were hot. It was nice to chill by the pool in the muggy afternoon. There is a great Columbian restaurant a short walk away. Overall a great stop if you’re transiting out of Guayaquil to the Galapagos or elsewhere.

Cons:

We thought there was a lunch and dinner service but we were there off season. A good breakfast was offered.

Cons:

I booked a few days in advance and after a couple of days off traveling with barely any sleep. I was told upon arrival that they were fully booked and couldn't give me the room I reserved. I had to pay the taxi extra and pay more for another hotel room late at night.
