Facility is old and shows, needs update. Breakfast the worst, considering its cost Staff not English conversant. Not helpful. I was travelling with another couple and told front desk we want to be on same floor. I was given an end room on the 11th floor. It was creepy and scary. Hotel wouldn’t change to another room. Manager didn’t bother to come out to front desk, no English
