Conveniently located with friendly, helpful staff and spotlessly clean
Pros:

The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Although the room was small it had everything needed for a comfortable few nights. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and cold drinks. We stayed during very hot weather so the very efficient desk fan was great. The hotel itself is conveniently situated for public transport.

Cons:

Personally,couldn’t fault this accommodation.

A great option in Shepherd's Bush!
Pros:

The best part of our stay was definitely the team at Star Hotel, who were always extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay. We were especially grateful for the support provided by Carol and Lana. Thank you very much!
