Ở phòng 2 giường nhưng đc ở 3 ng tôi đã đóng phụ thu báo nhân viê đem gối và dầu gội sữa tắm thì nhân viên đem lên thái độ. Khoing có sữa tắm. Không có nóng lạnh uống suối 1 chai thu 10k. Máy lạnh không ổn định. Thiếu bót khăn có mùi wifi cực yếu

Better places around then this.
Pros:

The location was great everything very central very good.

Cons:

Went to pay by card on arrival was told only cash.
The room very small uncomfortable beds very hard, and very dirt under the beds.
It does not have a balcony it's a place where 2 air-conditioning units are placed no room.

Had an extra 5 uninvited guests in the room - booked for 2 ended up as 7
Pros:

Good location and close to shops. Very easily to find

Cons:

Arrived and all good seemed clean, went to the shops came back and saw 2 cockroaches run around the room. Went down to ask for cockroach spray and guy acted like it was a normal question. Killed the 2 of them and made our dinner from the shops, washed up etc. in the process of washing up saw 3 more cockroaches between the bathroom and our beds. Forgot to add but when looking at the beds we saw pubes across the bed. At this point we decided to leave and find a new property. The only one close was double the price which we had to pay and when leaving and explaining the situation the only thing the guy could say was “sorry”. Tried contacting the property and received no response that I had paid for the room meaning booking.com couldn’t help either. Awful stay wouldn’t recommend.

Would have been a very comfortable stay if we needed to stay over.
Pros:

We booked 2 nights for a day stop over in Nha Trang at £20 from 9-9. Had use of their facilities and showers after and before the train journey from Da Nang to HMC. Perfect for what we needed and 5 minutes from the train station which was just as well as I left some things behind I needed to go back for!
