Pros:

We like the facilities and its location. The facilities improved from what i have seen especially the washroom. It could have been perfect if the jacuzzi is working and the reception area is more systematic. Wifi is ok. The location is near everything we need like restaurants, pharmacies, convenient stores and even souvenir stores.

Cons:

It is really quiet challenging to communicate with whoever is administering the place. I advise that you level up with your communication system.

so far, so good. but you/they need to improve your response time.

all were good according to my staff who checked in here. breakfast were served on time. had prepared for the couple's honeymoon. it was close to almost all

Cons:

However, as someone from abroad who booked here had issues with paying them overseas as they require payment upon check-in. which is understood but not clearly explained, had to research well. This is all because their response time on booking is super slow. takes weeks to get a response or not at all.

If I’m around again in Panglao I’ll definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Affordable for families, rooms are large and clean. Staff are very helpful and always greet you with a genuine smile.
A walk away from the beaches and also to where everything is.
Excellent choice of stay
