Staff were very friendly, showed us things to do and where to go on a map. Hotel is close to the station and in walking distance for most to the city centre. Nothing was too much to ask for. Breakfast was nice and refreshed frequently. Room was lovely and comfortable.
The WiFi was very poor and the telly didn’t work well. Would have been nice to have more pillows on the bed too.
La ubicación es estupenda (a 15 min andando del centro de Florencia del Duomo), aunque cierto es que la estación central que está cerca, de noche da algo de mal rollo por la gente.
En cuanto al hotel el personal es súper amable, nos hemos quedado varios días y creo que hemos conocido a todos, siempre amables y predispuestos. Tienen un servicio de agua gratis y café bueno las 24h.
En cuanto a la habitación de tamaño es estupenda, con camas cómodas, escritorio, nevera y armario abierto con caja fuerte. El baño muy bien y con artículos de higiene y secador. También tienen una tetera con infusiones en la habitación. Al ir en pleno julio a Florencia (no lo recomiendo), hace mucho calor, el hotel tiene muy buen aire acondicionado y eso se agradece porque se necesita.
Solicitamos desayuno que es tipo buffet libre con huevos, salchichas, queso, salami de pavo, fruta,. croissants y bollería, yogur, zumos, etc. Muy rico todo y completo.
La televisión no tenía mucha señal o canales, entonces no pudimos ver nada. Faltan planos de salida de emergencias y en general de evacuación por la seguridad ante incendios.

Mi è stata data una camera con un cattivo odore. Poi ce l’hanno cambiata ed è stata molto meglio.
We got there and didnt get to check in until 15 in a 37 degree florence. When we then arrived at 15 there was a blackout in the hotel which they Said would be solved in 1 hour. After one hour they Said in one our and did so 3.5 hours in 37 degree heat. Our room had no electricity and ac which made it a sauna. The girl in the reception was helpful but the Guy just laughed and Said nothing they could do when i asked for a refund after 1 our sweating in the room. I asked there times and they didnt get any compensation. We had to go to another hotel since our phones both were dead and they couldnt even lend a phone to call or charge. No help and lied miltiple times. Would really not recomend there are other hotel in similar prices in better locations, go with those

La colazione dovrebbe essere un po’ più variegata. Con un pizzico di qualità in più.
Poi sarebbe perfetto.

The decor and room were adequate
The proximity to the train station wasnt a problem but you have to walk through a rough neighbourhood to get to the hotel, having multiple negative interactions with homeless people.
Breakfast was poor
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the noise from the nearby train station made it difficult for us to sleep.

TV was very small and the channels were not working properly! With few hundred euros the customers would have a much better experience!
