If you are in Little Rock to explore this fine town, this is a great place to stay.
Pros:

The equipped and well furnished room, and the hotel's convenient location.
Also the room was very quiet, add great bed, so we slept well, very well.
Nice breakfast as well.

Cons:

Somehow the internal communication was not in synch. Thus, upon having ordered two nights independantly, it was not linked together. That meant further that we were locked out the second day after 12PM.
We ensured that these two orders had to be synched so we had the same room for the two nights. We checked that over the phone before arrival and also at the time of checking in.
Here, we were not only locked out the next day from the room but also access to garage and entrance.
Quite inconvenient for a top hotel like Hilton,

Pros:

This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. We liked the suite with the separate living room and bedroom with a door. That was nice to have some privacy away from our kids but still be in the same suite.

Cons:

The food at breakfast was good, but it took forever to get any of it. The trays were always empty, and it seemed like 1 lady was cooking for all the guests by herself, which is why it was taking so long. Every single drink was out the whole time we were eating, so my family had to just not drink during breakfast.

Pool out of order.
Pros:

It was downtown, able to walk to local restaurants and Junction Bridge to Simmons Arena

Cons:

We booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was out of order during our stay. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Pros:

The staff very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Hotel very tired-looking, needs refurbishment especially shower. Two water cuts during stay. No safety box in room. Limited choice of breakfast. Hotel advertised pool from May and this was the reason we chose the hotel but pool was closed with no prior notice.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage fast direkt neben dem Busbahnhof. Die ganze Stadt ist also super erreichbar. Einige der Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Ausstattung gut. Leider war an einem Morgen überraschend das Wasser weg. Falls das geplant war, wäre eine Ankündigung schön gewesen.

Horrible
Pros:

I sent my daughter and granddaughter with my credit card and license to check in. They would not allow
them to check in. Please do not bill my credit card. They had to go to a different hotel after the concert. Two young women having to find a hotel after midnight. Thank God they did because they were 3 1/2 hours from home
