Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

I had a lovely stay here. The view from the room was amazing, breakfast is exceptional, there are a lot of options, anyone can find something for themselves. It is a very peaceful, quiet location, allowing you to sit on the balcony and just enjoy the view and the sounds of waves hitting the shore. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions before check-in, they were helpful during my stay etc, if you need any help with parking they will be happy to assist you. I also enjoyed the spa treatments (massage, facial). The restaurant is nice and the food was good. I had a great time, I was very relaxed at the end of my trip, and I would for sure come back – in pre-season.

Cons:

For the price I paid in pre-season, I am very satisfied, however if I was paying full price during summer, the following would leave me disappointed considering it is a 5 star hotel:

No bottled water refills. You get one bottle when you check-in, and that's it.
The lunch and dinner menu are the same and it is very limited and on the expensive side. If there is an event happening, you won't be able to enjoy dinner in the restaurant, and it takes a while to get to the nearest food places.
Limited option of TV programs and most are not working, the TV is also on the smaller side.
The lighting in the room should be better, needs more smaller lights, the huge lamp near the desk is just in the way.
No toiletries, only mounted big shampoo and conditioner bottles.
If you are lounging by the pool, the staff doesn't come around to check if you might need anything, you have to go inside to order yourself.
The spa area is very small, if you enjoy the spa it might be crowded in the summer when they are fully booked.
The parking lot is really really steep, and the garage is small. I could park in there no issues with my car, however I noticed a lot of guests with SUVs and larger cars could not use the garage.
Only a bathtub is available, a walk-in shower would be nice, however it is a small bathroom so nowhere to fit it.
The pool is very small.
No full length mirror.
Personal touch is missing.

Magnifique hotel bord de mer
Pros:

Hotel fantastique bord de mer adriatique la construction la déco la vue sur la mer
La gentillesse du personnel
Le réceptionniste qui c est occupé de mes bagages le serveur au restaurant malgré la barrière de la langue qui c est occupé courtoisement de moi
Et enfin a mon départ toujours ces sourires et cette gentillesse

Pros:

Na prekrasnom mjestu sa jos ljepsim pogledom. Osoblje profesionalno i nasmijano.

Cons:

Kupatilo koje nema tus kao takav nego kada u koju moras uci da bi se istusirao. Za ovakav tip hotela mislim da su trebali to osmisliti malo bolje.

Pros:

Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, Betten sehr kompfortabel und groß, Balkon ebenso, Außenbereich sehr gepflegt.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das Personal, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Es wurde auf all unsere Bedürfnisse sofort Rücksicht genommen. Alles TOP - Lieben Dank dafür.

Schönes Hotel - unaufmerksames Personal
Pros:

Gute Lage! Das Hotel liegt gut abgelegen und trotzdem zentral! Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick, die Zimmer wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet - Mischung aus á la carte und Buffet.

Cons:

Das Personal ist leider nicht aufmerksam! Man wird am Pool nicht gefragt, ob man was trinken oder essen möchte. Und wenn man an der Bar nachfragt, ob man etwas bestellen könnte, hat man eher das Gefühl, dass die zusätzliche Arbeit unerwünscht ist! Bei einem 5 Sterne Haus und diesen Zimmerpreisen ein No Go! Bis auf einen Kellner und dem Chef selbst (wenn er auftaucht, rennen auf einmal alle) hat man eher das Gefühl lästig zu sein. Das Thema Hund wird auch eher ignoriert! Im Zimmer erlaubt, am Strand nicht - wird von den Gästen nicht eingehalten - von der Crew ignoriert. Der Pool hatte bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur selbst 35 Grad - Abkühlung Fehlanzeige! Die Klima im Zimmer funktionierte leider auch nicht.
