La piscina y el paseo al río hermosos, la vista también muy bonita.
Las tumbonas de la piscina incómodas sin colchonetas y no reclinables. Las paredes de los cuartos no aíslan el ruido escuchaba todas las conversaciones de cuartos vecinos y la almohadas altas y duras. El personal de restaurante muy malo, demoraban demasiado y mala la atención
el hotel está muy bien, limpio y moderno. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, cómodas y amplias. Tiene muchas zonas verdes y un bosque al que ir a pasear. Tienen carta para comidas y cenas que te preparan al momento. El personal es muy atento. Todo perfecto
Es un lugar muy tranquilo, pero las habitaciones no están aisladas y si alguien habla o pasa se oye. Pero está aislado del bullicio de la calle.
Lo único que le falta para ser un 10 es tener alguna opción de spa/masaje.

El desayuno no tiene variedad, no tienen bebidas frías, no hay agua caliente en los baños.
El ambiente muy bonito
El servicio de cena en el restaurante es de 6.30 pm a 8.30pm. Complicado organizar ese horario cuando se está en familia haciendo turismo. No tenían varios insumos para cumplir con la carta que nos presentaron. La calidad de lo servido sí estaba perfecta.

Das Hotel ist eine luxuriöse, eigentlich unpassende Oase der Ruhe und Sauberkeit in der Stadt Moyobamba. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr bequem, mit eigener Terrasse zum schön bewachsenen Garten.
Die Auskünfte der Rezeption über die Ausflüge in die Gegend waren wenig sachkundig. Uns wurde eine überteuerte Agentur für Tagestouren vorgeschlagen, dabei kann man die Touren gut mit dem Taxi machen. Das Hotel ist wohl hauptsächlich als Tagungshotel in Betrieb, wenig auf ausländische Touristen eingestellt.
Etablissement situé au calme. Très beaux équipements, belle grande piscine. Possède un coin arboré (avec guide) pour admirer de beaux oiseaux. Félicitation aux jardiniers: le parc est magnifiquement entretenu. Les chambres avec terrasse sont certes plus chères mais tellement joiles qu'on ne saurait vous les conseiller. Pour ceux qui possèdent ou loue un véhicule, le parking sécurisé est indéniablement un plus. Nous conseillons pour une halte au pays des orchidées.
