Pros:

It is clean staff was very nice . And breakfast was good

Cons:

This place is no good for sound proof . You can hear everything from out side next door upstairs downstairs. You can hear everything. And there is no plug for the tup . So we couldn't take a bath.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The breakfast was great. The complimentary cookies and bathroom items if you forgot something. The Tea, Coffee, And Hot chocolate offering is sweet.

Cons:

The upper level rooms are very humid. Almost as if there’s a leak or the ac isn’t working in the hallway floors or something.

Clearly not a safe area. My first indication was when I had to get buzzed in at the front doors. I was alone with my daughter, so this did not sit well with me, though I can appreciate the safety measure, I wouldn’t have stayed here had I known this was a bad area of downtown. The following morning when we were leaving at like 5:00am from the side door, two hookers took the opportunity to come in when we opened the door, so ya….

my 3rd time staying, hotel is great, stuff is friendly, breakfast is acceptable, gym is a plus
Pros:

I liked the room with windows facing the back side of the hotel with trees and nature. Previous 2 times i stayed I had room facing the highway and it is a huge difference.

The hotel is accessible to most places but for the highway noise all night.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, filled with varieties. Yogurts, Muffins, assortments of cold Cereals, fresh Fruits and beverages. Very healthy breakfast to start your day.

Cons:

The noise from the highway was ridiculous. The hotel is along the busy highway. The staff are professionals. they were good but could not help with the noise.

Great service, dirty room

Cons:

Room was not clean, at all. Hairs everywhere, towels with stains, felt very dirty. Sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. I had to go back into the room a bit before checking out, a maid was there and told me she thought we left because there were no suitcases in the room so she was preparing it for the next guests. Both queen beds were already made and we'd been gone for maybe 15 min, highly unlikely that she had time to clean the bathroom (which she did do) AND change sheets on both beds, which leads me to believe sheets may not be consistently changed from one guest to another...
