Pros:

The views are nice and a small walk to the beach/ shops.The apartment is very spacious, lots of books/games. Beds are comfy.

Cons:

No beach/swim towels. Car parking is very tight. For smokers, the balcony is also smokefree, you must leave the property to smoke. Stairs to the top floor maybe a bit tiring for some people.

Pleasant and with good views, seamless check in via lock box.
Pros:

Lock box key pick up was as expected. Good unit with all electricals working and fittings secure. Spacious and clean, including the windows facing the ocean. Good views, good beds, good storage room for bags etc, carpeted bedrooms, good showers, plenty of blankets and throws (it's a coolish unit in winter), clean oven.

Cons:

Only one key was provided on arrival. Having only one key from the beginning makes it difficult for families to coordinate coming and going as a key was needed to access the stairwell and unit door. No internal paging system evident.
In our top floor unit 22, a very loud bang noise (from the roof, or rear external wall of top floor unit?) would occur sporadically and unpredictability, especially towards the evening and through the night, enough to wake us up. We were unable to locate the cause: contracting metal?

Cons:

Worh us staying 10 nights it would have been nice to get clean towels, I did ask and got a new set however think every couple of days would have been nice.

Close to walking tracks and beach
Pros:

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. No issues with outside noise.The view from the balcony was really nice and had undercover parking. Keys we're simple to collect and staff were accommodating.
Apartment is in close proximity to walking tracks, beach and a short drive to shops.
We even got to spot a couple of cruise ships at night out on the water.

Cons:

If cleanliness and the quality of unit items are a priority for your stay... this property may not meet your expectations.
Note:
*It has no dryer in the laundry.
*Lots of stairs to reach the top floor, which would make access hard for those who may struggle with mobility.

Great location but didn’t meet expectations
Pros:

The check-in process was really smooth and easy, and the location of the property was fantastic. It was a spacious apartment.

Cons:

We offered this feedback to the property manager prior to leaving this review. However, their response was underwhelming.
The furniture and overall aesthetic felt very outdated — previous guests items left behind and the apartment didn’t feel inviting upon arrival.
Our bigger concern was the cleanliness of the property. The bathrooms had not been adequately cleaned — there was hair in the plugs and on the shower walls. The balcony had sand and leaves across it and no outdoor setting as we had expected. We found a significant build-up of dirt and debris underneath furniture which made us feel very uncomfortable.
The amount of toilet paper provided was not sufficient for our stay.
We had a picture frame fall off the wall, only just missing our heads while we were in bed.
Additionally, when we attempted to contact onsite assistance during our stay, we were unable to reach anyone.
Overall, the stay did not meet the standard we expected based on the listing or the price. There are plenty of similar properties in that area that we will prefer to stay at next time.

We had a lovely short break in Caloundra, thank you.
Pros:

Easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Very pleasant and peaceful location. Non-smoking throughout the building. The kids loved the pool.
