Fantastisk beliggenhet, vakkert bygg, fine fasiliteter, avslappet atmosfære, utrolig serviceminded personale, gid mat, god vin. Saltgrotte bør prøves - var en morsom opplevelse.

great hotel with great staffs

Every aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect.

I am especially grateful to the concierge team for their fantastic communication. Thanks to them, all our activities—including the truffle hunting and winery tours—went so smoothly.

The meals were also exceptional.

A wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous, the food is delicious, but it’s the staff that make this hotel stand out. They are extremely caring and attentive. I had a small medical emergency while there and they went above and beyond to help us through it. It was a charming and relaxing visit. We hope to return soon!

Pros:

Beautiful property with stunning gardens and great facilities. Loved the salt cave. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were particularly grateful to Federico for his advice and support in arranging our itinerary.

Cons:

Restaurant options for dinner could have offered more variety for a light meal.

Un resort straordinario immerso nello scenario unico delle Langhe, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per offrire un’esperienza di assoluto relax e raffinatezza.
Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e calore. La struttura è impeccabile, elegante e perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare, con viste spettacolari sui vigneti che rendono ogni momento speciale.
La camera era ampia,luminosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort.
L’esperienza culinaria è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Il ristorante stellato Michelin offre un percorso gastronomico di altissimo livello, capace di esaltare i sapori del territorio con creatività e grande tecnica. Ogni piatto è una piccola opera d’arte, accompagnata da una carta dei vini straordinaria.
Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l’attenzione verso ogni esigenza. Raramente si trova un livello di servizio così elevato.
