Un resort straordinario immerso nello scenario unico delle Langhe, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per offrire un’esperienza di assoluto relax e raffinatezza.
Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e calore. La struttura è impeccabile, elegante e perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare, con viste spettacolari sui vigneti che rendono ogni momento speciale.
La camera era ampia,luminosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort.
L’esperienza culinaria è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Il ristorante stellato Michelin offre un percorso gastronomico di altissimo livello, capace di esaltare i sapori del territorio con creatività e grande tecnica. Ogni piatto è una piccola opera d’arte, accompagnata da una carta dei vini straordinaria.
Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l’attenzione verso ogni esigenza. Raramente si trova un livello di servizio così elevato.

Tout était parfait
The location of this hotel is amazing with wonderful vineyard and langhe views surrounding the whole place. The staff treated us really well (my wife is 8 months pregnant and this was our last road trip before the baby arrives and they made it memorable by also upgrading our room). They also looked after her during breakfast without us having to remind them. Lovely and beautiful place! Highly recommend
Some places of the hotel could do with some TLC as I believe they're starting to get a little old, which might remove a little the 5 star overall effect. Negligible but to keep in mind for the future.

Superb from start to finish couldn't be more helpful for my wife's birthday. Arranged flowers made an extra effort at dinner and breakfast with a cake and candle and present in the room. The spa and pool was great, dinner, made our dog feel welcome and arranged gcp of for her. Also arranged wine tour and driver to create a truly memorable experience .

Just had a pleasure staying at this property 5 nights . Fantastic charming monastery with a lot of character. Have excellent spa with salt Caves pools having Nacl and Magnesium salt pools. Very unusual spa treatment with scrubs and mud using grape seeds as well as sauna in the wine barrel.
Breakfast is excellent.
but the most important is the level of service that is higher than most of the others five star resorts in the area . You can feel that this property is privately owned and people have a pride in taking care of the guests. Elena Mora, Monica Collavecchio deserve special mention . No requests ,small or large, were overlooked. 5.0 in my book
