Very quiet, beautiful beach, central location
Not the cleanest. Shower was very small
The location amd view were excellent.
The pool entrance was inconvenient amd the so called breakfast was disappointing.
The sight was amazing! With an amazing view, hot tub in room was a great way to spend my honeymoon. The only thing that was a bummer was there are fire pits for hotel an the staff lady didnt know if someone lights them or if we do, I was hoping to sit on the beach with a fire
The fire pits never got lit, an no one vould give me an answer about them
The beach
The floor was still sandy. The rooms could use a little upgrade, at least the bathroom.
The view of the bay is the only thing good about this place.
Dead bugs every where inside the room and bathroom. The balcony had cob webs and the slider was loaded with dead bugs.
Location
Unclean

We were able to check in to our room early.
If you are only looking for a place to sit outside, you might enjoy Pointes North. The beachfront access is fantastic, and the property features a really nice pool.
Once we stepped inside our room, it was a massive letdown characterized by severe cleanliness, maintenance, and privacy issues.
Cleanliness & Bathroom: The room consistently felt damp, and the vinyl floors were so filthy that our socks were instantly dirty just walking around getting ready. There was caked-on dust on the ceiling fan, sticky residue in the fridge, and visible mildew coating the sink and shower. We completely avoided the 1980s-era spa tub because we didn’t trust it was clean. The bathroom setup was miserable, with only a shower curtain separating it from the rest of the room. The stall shower was so small the curtain constantly stuck to us, and the water pressure was a mere trickle. With no handheld wand available, my wife and I literally had to use a plastic cup to dump water on our legs just to rinse the soap off. The shower floor was also dangerously slippery.
Maintenance & Security: The room is in desperate need of an overhaul. The AC unit was deafeningly loud and unsealed—we could literally see daylight shining in around the edges. There was peeling paint, cabinet doors about to fall off, a broken floor heat cover, and concerning water damage with cracked drywall on the ceiling (highly likely hiding black mold). We also did not feel secure. The main entry door and sliding doorwall latched very loosely. To make matters stranger, the guests next door actually asked to come into our room to climb over our balcony to break into their own room.
Customer Service: When we checked out and outlined these issues, the woman at the front desk responded, "That's a lot of money to spend for that kind of experience. I'll let maintenance know." Despite openly acknowledging how poorly the high price matched the miserable quality, she offered no discount or remedy. Spending over $1,500 for a 3-day stay in these conditions was incredibly disappointing. Management seriously needs to invest in deep cleaning and basic maintenance.
Location the beach.
A lot of road noise could be heard in the room.
