Comfy beds, friendly staff but noisy at front of property.
Pros:

We liked how friendly the staff were and the value for money. Our room was clean and big for getting ready. Bed was also very comfortable!

Cons:

Our room on the front of the property was quite noisy with the close by pedestrian crossing beeping. Was unfortunate because our room was very nice.

Good value for money. Clean, warm welcome, great breakfast, great location.
Pros:

Clean facilities, great breakfast, good value for money. The room is simple but what you pay for. Nice bar, convenient parking. I would stay here again.

Cons:

No lift when carrying heavy equipment (I’m a travelling musician with gear) but it already mentioned this in the advert so I knew what I was expecting. No mirror in the bedroom, only one in the bathroom so you have to wait until the bathroom is unoccupied to use it. The shower changed temperatures whilst in use. But the water pressure was fine.
Minor issues here really as overall I was very happy with my accommodation and would stay here again if I needed a hotel in this area of the boarders.

Several flights of stairs to reach reception and room. Could use a non slip mat for shower over the bath
