Perfeito para um intervalo de descanço.
Pros:

Pegamos um final de semana chuvoso, o que não ajudou a aproveitar tudo o que o local oferecia, mas a localização é excelente; pudemos deixar o carro estacionado o tempo todo. A piscina coberta foi uma boa alternativa, e o bar do hotel foi muito bom.

Cons:

O banheiro poderia ser melhor, assim como uma pequena manutenção no quarto, com ajustes nas luzes e em outros pequenos detalhes. Achamos o restaurante um pouco limitado e o atendimento nem sempre tão cortês.

We enjoyed being close to the beach and pools, but constant construction on the property took away from our relaxing get
Pros:

Easy access to the beach- just across the street. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean & beach tags are now included with the room. The indoor and outside pools are very nice.

Cons:

The beds are very uncomfortable, we woke up achy every day. There was construction work going on all day, which made relaxing by the pool difficult, with grinding noises from 9am to 7pm! The manager never called to talk about our concerns, even though we spoke with the front desk twice and was assured someone would call us.

I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

Convenient and beach passes, bike rentals and an indoor pool were available. We were only there two nights, but the whole staff was so nice. We are looking forward to coming again

Cons:

The only thing was the parking lot didn’t go all the way around but that is a very minor thing.

Staff were friendly and facility was clean.

Cons:

Pictures are taken from the beach and not from the rooms. The rooms are basically facing the parking lot and the beach is further away than the pics.

To rent a gazebo was $80 a day regardless of the room you rented. That should be indicated clearly.

The umbrellas and chairs are only available until 5:00 pm.

Pros:

Great location, great housekeeping, good restaurant in the hotel.

Cons:

Apparently the price I paid on Booking.com was different than what the hotel thought was charged and there was a lot of confusion at check out.

Not a 4 star property!
Pros:

The proximity to the beach and downtown was great.

Cons:

It was dated and didn’t feel value for money at all. There was a kitchenette but nothing to clean with or dry up. It wasn’t a 4 star property sadly.

We booked the hotel because we thought beach chairs and beach service was available along with lounge chairs by the pool. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true for the time we had booked and was misleadingHad we known, we would have brought our own chairs. The hotel was clean and updated and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Overall, the stay was very good.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, the service and the cleaning were exceptional. The distribution of the rooms and the comfort exceeded our expectetions.

Cons:

The bedroom was a little bit tight. It was somehow difficult to get off the bed and walk through the sides of the bed. The Size of the king bed was somehow shorter than it should be. My husband has long legs and part of them were off the bed.

Wonderful place to stay 10/10. Will be coming back
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, room was clean when we arrived. Staff was friendly a super helpful although a little on the expensive side it was well worth the price! Location is within walking distance of most shops or a brief 4 min drive to all the hot spots.

Cons:

After our first night we put a sign on the door asking for housekeeping and put a tip on the table. We took our stuff and left the room because we were trying to pay for a second night in the same room. When we got back to the room, it looked like it had been ransacked and the money we put for the tip was gone but everything was still dirty and the maid cart was past our room.
The only other thing we didn’t like was during our last night we went to get in the pool somewhere around 8pm and weren’t there for long because the attendant told everyone the pool was closing in 10 minutes and I was thinking wow already? Time went by quick… it didn’t. She told everyone it was closing an hour early and when my boyfriend went to the store and came back we saw people swimming in the pool again… I double checked everything and it said the pool closed at 10pm and she kicked everyone out at 9pm

For the most part, great
Pros:

Rooms were great, I was told at time that the pool would be open and that I could get a cabana but when I got there that was not so but the manager took care of us. Everything else was great

Relaxing, beautiful few days at the beach.
Pros:

Location was great. Loved the balcony! Dinner from Hemingway’s was great!
