Pros:

La propreté et le cadre et chambre très agréable

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil manque de professionnalismes, pas de bagagiste pour nous accompagner jusque la chambre, le TPE pour régler le diner ne marche pas , donc il faut courir pour chercher de l'espèces, mon épouse à était malade intoxication après avoir diner au buffet et un cocktail au restaurant tapas

Nice hotel, but felt quite corporate. Excellent for the golf, but if you want the beach stay nearer the beach.
Pros:

We stayed in a villa which was spacious and well equipped. Lovely private pool. Great room service which was no more expensive than the restaurant, so we enjoyed evening meals in the villa. Very close up golf course which was superb.

Cons:

The ‘mountain view’ was of a rubbish dump, and I wish we had paid slightly more for the golf view

Nice hotel facilities, but disappointing customer service and poor handling of lost belongings.
Pros:

The hotel has a good location, clean facilities, and comfortable rooms. The overall property is visually appealing and well maintained.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience.

After my stay, I discovered that I had left clothing items in my room. I am certain they were left on the shelf where the safety box was located. I contacted the hotel several times to report the missing items, but I was repeatedly told that nothing had been found.

What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and concern shown by the hotel. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I received no meaningful assistance, no proper investigation, and no effort to keep me updated.

Losing personal belongings can happen anywhere, but how a hotel handles such situations reflects its professionalism and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, in my case, the response was inadequate and disappointing.

I would advise future guests to keep a close eye on their belongings and not expect reliable support if an item goes missing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice stay overall, but some service issues made it less comfortable.
Pros:

The room was okay, the pool was nice, breakfast was simple, and overall it was fine for a short stay.

Cons:

I had to wait 2 hours before getting into the room. There was no parasol during lunch, so we had to sit under the sun my wife and I and our 4 years-old child. There were no coffee capsules available, and the room cards kept stopping, so I had to go back to reception several times to reactivate them.

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Check in process was long. I can manage that. Not such a red flag.
The room doesn’t reflect Hyatt amenities. No slippers in the room. No toilet kit. Minibar empty. Nothing plush about this place.
Even the Foos Ball table needs coins.
We booked half board. The food was passable at best.
Paid a good price but the hotel wasn’t even trying to make the visit worthwhile.
