Excellent stay although staff can appear too relaxed at times
Pros:

The location and the facilities are really good. We especially enjoyed the cabanas. The food was outstanding, we recommend the pizza. The pool was fun and the rooms were very comfortable.

Cons:

They weren’t necessarily bad, but the staff were a bit slow after ordering. Also sometimes if you went up to the bar to order, they would almost ignore you for 5 minutes even though there was no one else at the bar and they didn’t seem like they were doing anything. I think they were just very relaxed so it took some getting used to.

Très bon séjour au Hyatt Place Agadir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel, la qualité du service et l’accueil du personnel.

Une mention toute particulière à **Samira**, chargée du nettoyage des chambres, pour son efficacité, son professionnalisme et surtout sa très grande gentillesse. Toujours souriante, accueillante et attentionnée, elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und wir hatten einen super Blick direkt von der eigenen Terasse auf das Meer. Toller Service und Essen gut.

Cons:

Der Außenbereich, besonders am Pool müsste besser gepflegt werden (Daybeds und Liegen kaputt oder voll Vogelkot, Müll/ leere Teller etc. wird nicht ausreichend entfernt)
