Everything was great.the customer service team was very professional , friendly, and very helpful .Mehdi was very special, like other workers, they focus on customers need and they are ready to help everyone.
Thank you, team Hayat palace, and I will recommend this beautiful place to all my friends at Boston .

L'hôtel et son personnel, notamment Mme Rihab a l'accueil d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel, les gemmes de ménage les serveurs sont aussi très bienveillants et aux petits soins, l'emplacement avec la vue dominante et l'accès à la plage privée avec les services du Hyatt Regency plus bas, vraiment belle decouverte a refaire
