Wunderbarer Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool und Meerblick. Perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Privatsphäre sowie Hotel-Komfort mit großem Pool, gutem Frühstücksbüffet und Spa.

Cons:

Personal an der Poolbar kannte teilweise die eigene Karte nicht.

Overall, wonderful property but extremely terrible staff with no manners
Pros:

The property itself is stunning with great views and easy commute to the beach

Cons:

The problem with this property is the staff. Very rude and unhelpful. The desk phone never works, room service never picks up. If a question is asked, the answer is pawned off to a 100 different teams before telling you they don’t have any answers. They also tried to charge us extra in the end of the trip in the guise of city tax which we had already paid for in the beginning. Overall, wonderful property but extremely terrible staff with no manners
