We had a wonderful stay overall and truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our visit. The Receptionist team made check-in smooth and easy, and Concierge team was always ready with great recommendations for our 2 nights stay.
One moment that really stayed with us happened on our departure day. We were standing at the Front Desk trying to figure out how to rearrange our plans because of the 12:00 PM check-out time. Before we even asked, Dao noticed that we were a little stressed and generously offered us a late check-out. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it completely changed our day. Instead of rushing around, we were able to keep our plans and enjoy the rest of our stay. Thank you to Dao for her exceptional service.

If there's one small area for improvement, it would be the room. There was a slight odor when we first entered, but it wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and hospitality. It's the people who make a hotel memorable, and your team certainly did. We look forward to coming back.

As I am about to prepare our next trip, I want to review the previous weekend trip I had with my football team. For an international tournament, I took my group of 15 friends to Le Meridien Saigon, which I have known for many years through countless business trips.

Booking:
Special thanks to Dai N., who supported me with the smoothest arrangement process possible, despite my specific group requests and last-minute changes. From my experience, I opted for all rooms to have a river view, with a mix of single and twin rooms.

Stay:
Rachel T. and Jolie N. from the reception and guest relations team made the whole group feel at home right away. All my friends greatly appreciated the hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel proved to be ideal for our stay, not only for its convenient location, but also for its rooms (size, cleanliness and amenities), its lavish breakfast buffet and its overall service. The express laundry service of our uniforms overnight for instance, worked like a charm. Upon request of my friends, I have to highlight the exceptional in-room dining cheeseburger, which was ordered more than once that weekend.
Personally, I got to enjoy the spacious 1 Bedroom Suite, which is now my favorite room at Le Meridien for sure! I also visited the Club Lounge, where the food and beverage offerings have improved greatly. It was also great to see Hannah N. again, who was a fantastic host at the lounge.

Verdict:
Being responsible for such a big group, I felt the pressure to deliver on my teammates’ - and even more so my own - expectations. And how that weekend and Le Meridien delivered! It was a 10 out of 10 stay, with all expectations exceeded.

Thanks to the whole Le Meridien team. We are already planning our next visit!

Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out, and she handled everything efficiently. It’s always a pleasure to be welcomed by someone so attentive and helpful. My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we have visited Saigon over the last 10 years and we are never disappointed. The staff are incredible from arrival to departure. The rooms are always spacious and comfortable with panoramic views of the river. Food in Latest Recipe and the Executive Lounge is always wonderful. Special mention to the lovely staff who look after us - Thao Cam Nguyen in the front office - Lan, Ume, Tracey, Freya, Jennie and many others (sorry, can't remember their names).
We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting HCMC.

A special shoutout to Ms. Ly (Event), Ms. Katy (Sales), Ms. Katie (FO) and hotel team for taking great care of our big group of business guests on 22 Jun.

The check-in window was quite tight due to the group’s schedule, but the team was there to support, coordinate, and prepare everything in advance. Guests checked in smoothly and on time, keeping the plan on track.

Great service and very nice personallity by Ha

I stayed in a River View room, and the view directly facing Ba Son Bridge was absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night. Everything at the hotel feels true to Marriott Bonvoy standards: refined, premium, and well taken care of, from the service to the overall atmosphere.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. You can really see the thought put into the small things, from the flowers around the hotel to lovely decor at breakfast restaurant.

I would like to give a special mention to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly thoughtful and sweet, every day I returned to my room to find a different towel creation waiting for me. So adorable! These little surprises always brought a smile to my face and made the stay feel even more personal.

It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to Suite Room 1715. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

My company has organised an event here around beginning of June. The service was great and the staff are super supportive, the view is nice as well. Definitely considering to host another one here!!!
