Pros:

部屋も綺麗で駐車場も丁寧に教えてくださった！

Cons:

部屋のベットの真上にエアコンがあり、暑いから27に設定したけど、寝てる時直当たりで寒くなり、暑い寒いの繰り返しで寝付けなかったです。

General good experience. Attentive staff and good location!
Pros:

Decent location. Quiet surrounding. Spacious for a family of 2 adult 2 children. Available parking space. Staff was attentive and will advise and provide additional bath items if heading out for Onsen in Beppu.

Cons:

Small and limited parking space, but cant complain due to reasonable charges.

Superb hotel
Pros:

The Beppu Daiiti Hotel is a small intimate hotel that comprises of 5 floors. A 2 min walk from Beppu Station makes it an excellent choice. The front desk and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was adequate and had all the necessary comforts. Had a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work!!
