Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Primeiramente havia resto de comida ao lado da cabeceira da cama, o quarto não tinha nenhum isolamento acústico, muito ruído durante a madrugada.
Em uma ocasião uma mulher que parecia a dona do hotel estava berrando a plenos pulmões com outras duas mulheres e um homem, deu pra ouvir do terceiro andar, logo depois a polícia veio.
O hotel fica com a porta fechada, toda vez que quiser entrar é necessário tocar a campainha e esperar.

Отличное расположение, в 100 метрах от метро, 10 минут и вы на площади Свободы, в самом центре. Номер очень удобный, есть всё необходимое. Есть парковка рядом с входом в гостиницу. Хозяин гостиницы добрейший человек, разрешил бесплатно зарядить наш электромобиль своей зарядкой. Будем ещё раз в Тбилиси, обязательно выберем именно эту гостиницу.

Could be better , I guess
Pros:

The reception team was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the lady working at breakfast for being so kind.

Cons:

Unfortunately after my first night at the hotel I woke up with multiple bites. I first thought they were mosquito bites, but the window was closed all night. 5–6 days later the bites are still there and they are in pairs which is a common sign of bed bug bites. After leaving the hotel I went straight home and did not stay anywhere else, I am confident the bites came from this room after my first night (I stayed there for 2 nights).

I hope the management will inspect and treat the room to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. The floor is not very clean either , the table was sticky when I checked in.
