A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. The Airport - Hotel transfer service is free and will only be available for flights scheduled to the city of Piura.
Dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kilos are admitted with an additional cost of US $ 49.00 per night per dog. The university next door has a nice building. The alfajores they give because of booking through booking were tasty.
There is no clean water, they don't even tell you, they saw me giving a plate to my puppy and said nothing, now she's got the runs. When you start the shower out of the drain comes a nasty smell of old wet dog. The charging station does not work, they ask you to plug your own (no warning though I specified in the bookings the need to charge) and maintenance unplugged my car four times with different excuses. I had to stay 20 hours to charge less 20 kWh, I couldn't use the car to drive around. It's not a walkable zone, you have to take a moto taxi to get to the closest store. Even though there's no clean water to brush your teeth they charge 3.5 USD per liter of room temperature water. There's a kettle in the room but again, have to pay for water. The breakfast is mediocre, bread is hard and to my taste a day old, they offered palta and after fifteen minutes brought out a charter piece. I've stayed in trucker stops, had to sleep on the rough yet last night there was by far my worst experience ever. Not even a safe place to park as they use the facility parking for mototaxis that come and go at any time and take no responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or missing objects. There were a lot of cockroaches on the stones of the parking lot. Staff only apologize and make excuses, they locked my room at noon even though check out was at 14. There were employees working on the roofs working without safety equipment. There were humidity stains in the bathroom ceiling. Also they remembered to tell that there is a 50 USD charge per pet an hour and a half after the expected check in time. In all it's a steal, it's clear why most of the other guests seemed to be traveling business people or sex workers.
Nothing but free alfajores asking to review in booking, yet they said there was also a 10% discount in the breakfast but that only applied if you took breakfast as a non guest, paying twice the guest value.
Staff responses, general lack of maintenance, racist staff and literature (policies), no drinking water in the room.
