Unit was on the higher floors and we got to catch the fireworks competition from the comfort of the balcony!
Pros:

Great view from the moment my eyes were opened, walked out of bedroom and was able to enjoy the seaview.

Cons:

Could have provided coffee capsules for the stay.

A little tricky to navigate key pick up/drop off and parking, but that's only a tiny complaint. Overall, excellent.

Excellent and location was perfect
Pros:

Excellent pricing and so close to everything at southbank. Apartments were big and clean. Process/directions given for getting the keys were great, very clear instructions, and not hard to follow.

Cons:

The bathtub-shower in the main bathroom felt a little unsafe.The ensuite had a normal shower though. It was missing both toilet roll holders from the bathrooms.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Good size apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. It was clean and comfortable Host provided good instructions and very responsive.

Cons:

A dryer would have been nice for the rainy days.

Great location
Pros:

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no sign of any staff - when we had a question there was no answer.
I had to return 3 sets of keys and the return box is not user friendly as the set of keys did not fit in the top slot and was very awkward in the front slot - IM sue you can come up with a better box

Bed was very hard,pillows extremely lumpy and hard as if they were decades old.

Information about nearby shopping would have helped. Better description of how to find lock box before being able to park e.g. drive into reception, lock box on right hand side of door.

Pros:

The location is amazing, just a short walk away from the busy South Bank area. The apartment is big, spacious enough for four of us in two rooms, even with two bathrooms in each. Parking available in a locked garage.

Cons:

Water pressure is a bit weak. The apartment is really clean, however we found two roaches roaming around the kitchen in the morning.

We were close to night markets organic shop and south bank facilities very happy with location.
Pros:

Very well set out apartment.

Cons:

Lift was a bit tricky but the neighbors were helpful. Sometimes the numbers don’t stick so keep an eye out and redo.

Pros:

Excellent position. Very clean unit and comfortable.
Balcony was great, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it as i there for work, not leisure.

Cons:

Nothing major, maybe just a welcome pack of tea /coffee ( we did have coffee pods, sugar & milk)
The remotes may need some battery change.
