Tres agréable séjour en famille dans cet appartement tout équipé.
Pros:

Très bien accueilli, nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt et cela nous a vraiment aidé, à côté d’une zone intéressante à visiter et pour se balader à pieds, appartement vraiment agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut, même une machine à laver le linge, propre, deux salles de bains et deux chambres, balcon, piscine, accès facile et sécurisé.

Ok but not the best experience for us
Pros:

The location was good and the balcony is lovely to sit on. A parking spot is included which is a bonus for a city stay.

Cons:

The apartment was very tired compared to the photos; it needs a bit of love from its owners. In regard to facilities and amenities, there were no dishwashing tablets or washing machine powder. We had to go to a laundry mat which took considerable time out of the holiday when one of the reasons we booked an apartment was so we could do washing halfway through our trip. The top sheets on both beds were too small for the bed - I think a single had been used so it didn't fit over both people in the bed. I couldn't find bowls to eat with, only plates. I think if these things were improved upon it would be a good place to stay, we just had a disappointment experience.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location is perfect- very central with lots of food and activity options nearby. There was a small mixup with the check in process but I messaged the host and it was resolved immediately.

Not bad, not good but OK
Pros:

Location. Close to Southbank parklands, restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping needs. All major public transport is close by.

Cons:

Didn't see staff very often. No clothes drying rack or clothes dryer in the room for washing, had to hang clothes on chairs outside. The kitchenware was wet inside the cupboards, and a dirty washcloth was left in the bathroom sink when we arrived. These are minor inconveniences as we utilised what was in the room and cleaned what we needed to use it.

Great apartment in a central location
Pros:

Very clean and tidy in a great location. It had more space than we expected and suited our family of four well. Lots of food options nearby. Walking distance to the ADF Careers centre. Steven was very responsive, answered all our questions and was very helpful.

I would not recommend this to anyone else
Pros:

The manager was nice and it was easy to checkin late

Cons:

The beds were hard. There were tiny cockroaches when we moved the toaster on the bench. There was only 3 tea bags in the room, no coffee and the room had 4 adults in there.

Nice enough stay in a great location.
Pros:

It’s all about the location. Very handy to Southbank and the action. Within walking distance to much of the CBD. The beds were reasonably comfortable & the linen/towels clean. If you’re not planning to spend more than “sleep time” in the apartment then it’s fine. Having a free carpark was very helpful also.

Cons:

The photos probably oversell what you’re getting. The apartment we stayed in felt/looked old. The joinery was damaged in places & the cupboards were difficult to open close. The view was essentially of other apartment blocks. There were strong food smells in the corridors.

Comfortable and trouble free in a convenient location to rail, restaurants, Streets Beach, Qpac etc
Pros:

Easy 5 min walk to railway, woolworths cafe's. Clean and tidy. Close to restaurants and QPAC (our destination). Usable balcony.

Cons:

Bed too soft and unsupportive. Hallways in black and white look like a prison! Random colour and artwork wouldn't go astray.

Clean apartment Located on edge of Southbank
Pros:
