The location was great, it was comfortable and the balcony was spacious
It could do with an option to purchase an essentials pack.
Unit was a good size. Great having an ensuite and bathroom.
A hand towel would have been good.
Location was really good and great to have access to parking onsite. Host was easy to communicate with and we were able to access apartment early which was really helpful.
Some general wear and tear on the apartment which needs some attention.
The host were amazing in getting the room ready early for us after coming off a cruise. Did a great job in getting us in early. Very appreciated.
The beds in both bedrooms were poor, extremely uncomfortable and both need replacing asap. We all slept poorly due to the beds being so bad, and main bedroom you slept on a slope.
The spa was heated perfectly but the button didn’t work to turn it on.
Location was great. Host was very clear with instructions and provide them via the app and via text message.
Apartment was missing hand soap in the bathroom, and dishwasher liquid. Didn't want to use the dishwasher for a few items.

The fridge was noisey and stopped working
Easy walking distance to South Bank.
The fridge had been turned off and we had to pull it out to turn it on. It was a full size fridge, difficult to move and it looked like it had never been cleaned behind. The bed was very hard. The microwave was above the fridge and only accessible if you are over 165cm tall, but very dangerous to remove hot food over your head. Also too high to see if it was clean inside.
The location was fantastic, more importantly the staff were so lovely, kind and helpful. We had a toddler with us and a lot of washing in terrible weather. This place was perfect to regroup before hitting the road again. We will stay here again
