Pros:

L'hotel est propre, les chambres spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Nous avions demandé des chambres côte à côte pour notre famille et l'hôtel a respecté notre demande. Merci à eux.
La piscine et la vue du roof top sont très appréciables

Cons:

L'emplacement un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêts (30-35min a pied)

Preis_leistung war super. Sauber gewesen. Würden nochmals kommen.
Pros:

frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, wir haben uns auserhalb die Sachen rausgesucht. Wir waren leider krank daher hatten wir auch den Pool nicht austesten können. Lage war super.

Cons:

Zimmerservice: wir hatten einmal essen bestellt für die Kinder. Es gab Pommes und leider war das für den Preis sehr wenig. Lieber Grab bestellen.

Dirty but otherwise perfect stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable hotel room.

Cons:

Cleanliness is my biggest concern. I found a small roach in my room, and another in the breakfast area, where the staff simply swiped it away discreetly.

Super für einen Sightseeing- oder Business Aufenthalt

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Betten bequem.

Der Pool hat uns nicht so sehr angesprochen.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal beim Frühstück sehr unaufmerksam, auch das Frühstück im allgemeinen war eher nur in Ordnung als wirklich gut.

Ein herzlicher Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Große Auswahl von allem. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sehr bequem. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse reicht völlig aus zum Erfrischen nach einem Städtetrip.

Cons:

Man kann in Old town laufen, aber lieber ein Taxi nehmen bei den Temperaturen.

Hôtel de Qualité globalement.
Bonne situation géographique situé à environ 2km de différents centres d'intérêts dont le Lac
Le personnel très bien
Salle de sport et Jacuzzi agréables

Cons:

Le rooftop et la piscine sont assez décevants par rapport aux photos.
La vue de la piscine sur un immeuble , mais nous sommes en ville c'est normal aussi.

Séjour dépaysant dans une ville pleine de charme
Pros:

Très fonctionnel mais pas situé en immédiat centre ville et Hanoï est une ville au climat difficile en saison sèche / chaude. Donc important de se concentrer sur les visites culturelles plutôt que sur les parcours hôtel / centre ville. Mais sinon tout fut parfait et personnel au petits soins
