This is an exceptional hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, prepared as per guest request. Staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the Staatsoper. Quiet, spacious, clean rooms.

Cons:

A/C switched on and off repeatedly.

Excellent hotel and staff!
Pros:

The property and staff were excellent. The location can't be beat especially if you're going to the Stadt Oper. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The lights in the room worked in some radon fashion. I think WRITTEN instructions POSTED on the wall wouldn't help but even stating 11 nights we were never able to figure them out.

Lovely haven in the heart of Vienna
Pros:

I loved this hotel. It is in a wonderful restored building just a few minutes walk from the opera and many other sites. It is very quiet and feels intimate. The room was beautifully designed; very clean, comfortable and immaculate. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served a la carte and was very good indeed. I would choose this again without hesitation when I return to Vienna.

Cons:

There is no bar or restaurant apart from the breakfast room. However given the location there are there are numerous eating options nearby so not an issue for me. Indeed, no food smells or restaurant bustle was a plus for me - just perfect peace when you step inside.

Wonderful experience at Hotel Zur Weiner Staatsoper.
Pros:

The staff were kind, clear and professional. Our stay in the Mozart Suite was personal and exceptional. A beautiful property and would recommend it to anyone staying for a few days in Vienna.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the perfect location!
Pros:

Loved the fruit and little cakes - the details were exceptional. I loved the history of the name of the room and the bed was really comfortable.
