Small boutique hotel (12 rooms) that was completely renovated about two years ago. The rooms had beautiful decor. The staff provided excellent and personal service. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very well located. We could walk anywhere in the Inner Stadt and we were close to the U Bahn.

Ideal location central to all the key attractions in Vienna - I visited for the Opera and this was a great spot. The room was immaculate and Ben (concierge/reception) was very helpful. Its a boutique hotel so it feels private and intimate.
The bed was a double but set up as a twin with two mattresses - the outlook to the street wasn't an attractive view particularly but equally not bad - just not a special view - (not a fault just an observation) I didn't use the remaining hotel facilities (restaurant) so can't comment on those.
Fantastic location near the opera house and Albertina art gallery. Beautifully decorated rooms with a v comfortable bed. Bathroom was stunning and well equipped. Nespresso machine. All the staff were super friendly and helpful

The air-conditioning was quite loud. But when I figured out how it works I had no issues with it.
Breakfast was great: good choices and great service. The room was large and well-appointed. The shower was great, and the bed very comfortable. The staff were informative, pleasant, and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient to some major spots.
