Close to wembley arena
To many things i didnt like. Very very poor and disappointing
Okay. But that I still found the elevator was not working and we still paid full price. Which I felt wasn’t nice. Climbing to the 4th floor
They collected full price when the elevator was not working.
Great location
Staff were not welcoming at all, made us feel unwelcome and accused my son of being older than I booked
Location was decent.
It was absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere in the room, carpets haven’t been cleaned since they’ve been put down and they claim to be a 4 star hotel. Don’t even hand out slippers. Broken lift and put me on the 5th floor, pregnant wife was not happy.

Little pricey but understand ok events days they always are higher. Good parking and reasonable prices for that

I asked for a room change as they got the booking wrong.
Elevator not working and I was on the 4th floor with luggage.

The staff were not very helpful, friendly or approachable. I am also still waiting for an invoice to be sent which I requested before my stay. I have sent another request today. So would appreciate it if someone could send that to me.

Room was a little tired but it was nice enough for the price

The electrical outlet fell off the wall when we tried to use it and the lift was broken
They also take a £50 deposit which we were unaware of before booking and checking in

Hotel looks ike a derelict building from the outside. Lifts were broken. Windows looked dirty. Damage to the desk in bedroom.
Breakfast was good and reasonably priced for the area.
It’s very tired however bathroom had been updated which was strange. Lift was broken hence had to carry luggage upstairs. My colleague was driving and meeting me for breakfast. Took £50 deposit which I found strange as it was £15 to park the car.
Super comfortable! I enjoyed my stay here.
