Lovely big room
Lift didn’t work
The location was great and the room was tidy.
The lift was broken, we did get offered a room on lower floor but we thought leave it someone else might need it more than us. We stayed two nights and the lift was not fixed. The beds weren't comfortable, it was two single or maybe two double I'm not sure attached together but I found it was either myself or my partner constantly in the gap between making the night uncomfortable. There is no good signs for the parking, it was absolutely hammering it down with rain when we arrived had to first run to reception to tell us where the parking is to then run to the bell as it's not acceptable when you're in the car. Deposit has still not been refunded and now I'm just gonna have to take it out with my bank, all my previous hotel stays deposit comes out within 48h, this one it's been almost 3 weeks so who knows if I see the deposit back.
The hotel and room was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great - good value for money and would recommend
A few light bulbs were missing from the room and one of the usb charging points did not work. The complimentary tea hadn’t been restocked before we arrived. We were also told on arrival the loft had broken and we were on the 4th floor - no ability to move lower despite difficulty with the stairs. The staff did not offer any information about breakfast the next morning either.

The quietness and close to venue. Very modern just needed a new carpet
The staff were very kind and welcoming. They responded to my messages within minutes which was really helpful. We drove and having the car park on sight was great and of course the distance to Wembley Stadium was amazing.
The lift does not work at the hotel so we had to carry quite a lot of bags up to the 3rd floor
