The hotel manager shiva was helpful and couldn’t do much.
It was such a disappointing experience. Our room was on 3rd floor and the lift was not working. Apparently it has been out of order from the past 1 month. The hotel manager Shiva tried his best and was really helpful. But the overall experience was just bad. Water taps were broken, AC was not working properly. And when I thought what could go worse, one side of the mattress had broken spring due to which the entire section had a big hole. I would like to have a refund for the same.

We were on the 5th floor paid £410 for a night during Bruno mars concert, the lift was not working we had to use the flights of stairs with our luggage, and multiple times a day on a very hot day.

am recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it didn’t live up to its 4-star rating.
I had booked two rooms and specifically requested that they be close together, but they ended up being three floors apart, which was very disappointing.
The “deluxe” double room was much smaller than expected. The window didn’t open at all, making the room feel stuffy. The carpets throughout the hotel were threadbare and in need of replacement.
The twin room was missing basic items such as teaspoons for making tea and coffee, and the bathroom tiles looked grubby. In the deluxe double room, there were bugs in the bathroom tile grout, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness.
While the staff were polite, the overall condition of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star property. With the lift also out of order during our stay, getting between floors with luggage was inconvenient.
Overall, I was disappointed with the standard of accommodation and don’t feel it offered good value for the price or reflected a genuine 4-star experience.

Certes la chambre était belle et convenable pour le prix, hélas j’ai eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite/ handicapée du coup mon lavabo de la salle de bain était très basse et étant grande de taille ça fait mal au dos et au cou. ( je pensais que j’allais avoir une baignoire)
L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, j’étais au 5 eme étage mais bon tant pis
The location
The rooms were dirty , there was chunks of wood missing out of the units , the beds were dirty . There was what I can only describe as blood smeared all over the ceiling . The bathroom had a wall unit hanging off and there was no bin . I would not stay here again . For the price that I paid I expected a lot better .
The property was clean
The lift wasn’t working and there wasn’t any staff to help with the luggage. We had large suitcases and the room was on fourth floor
The most amazing location for going to see Luke Combs in Wembley stadium. The hotel receptionist was so lovely, polite and professional. The room was ready when we arrived at 13.00, able to drop our bags off in our third floor room. The room was fantastic, lovely and cool, air conditioning on. Beautiful room and the bathroom was stunning. Our room over looked Wembley stadium. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when visiting Wembley stadium.
