The location was perfect for a show at Wembley, and our room was in the corner so it was very quiet which was nice!
The guy who checked us in (Marco mabye his name was? I don't remember...) informed us that the elevator didn't work and was able to move us to a lower floor since my mom just had foot surgery and cannot take loads of stairs which we really appreciated!
Perfect location and suprisingly quiet for being so close to the stadium!
Felt in need of a renovation
Close to Wembley
Shower temp changer was broken, lift broken (no communication about this)
Location and staff
The elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay
Lovely room. Clean and Tidy.
Nothing. Hotel was great.
staff were lovely and location is perfect
bedding and pillows had hairs and wasn’t the cleanest
Rooms were spacious and comfortable
The lift wasnt working and we were on the 5th floor!!
Location for Wembley
Broken lift difficult to get suitcase upstairs. Also 50 deposit which is still outstanding
Nothing
Everything, very tired hotel indeed. Lift not working, bathroom lights not working, air con on constantly couldn’t turn it down, was like a fridge at times.
Furniture battered in places, carpet was disgraceful, didn’t want to walk around without shoes on.
Didn’t find the staff overly helpful, would certainly not recommend especially as we paid £600 for one night due to its proximity to Wembley Stadium, rip off!
Hotel location to the stadium is great, a few minutes walk so it was ideal as we were there for a concert. It is also not too far from Wembley Central Station about ten minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Mini fridge was a great addition. Bed was comfortable. Overall this is a good hotel especially for a concert / event at the stadium and I would stay again.
We were on the top floor and the lift wasn't working, it was ok for us but not so good for people who struggle with stairs so would need to ask to be on a lower floor until it's fixed. I think this has been going on a while given the previous reviews. It was high and I don't like heights so the curtains remained shut, but the view was just an apartment building anyway. The air con worked very well to the point it was freezing and we couldn't adjust, I am sure if we had asked they would have helped us but we were only there to get changed and sleep so I didn't bother. We did get a good nights sleep because we had an extra duvet over us, I'd rather be too cold than too hot so this is a minor point and I am sure would have been very welcome in the heat wave but the temperature outside was cooler so it felt too cold. The bathroom was warm. The breakfast was just a basic continental, it was included in our booking but I would suggest not getting it if it's not.
Nothing the lift not working spoiled everything for me. For someone who has difficulties in walking
The lift was not working my bags were 25kg and 10kg and the lift was not working
That was very very bad and being on the 3rd floor carrying heavy bags. I was on the vacation when u come back from my daily activities I still have to face the hotel lift that is not working
Close to the venue.
Lift out of order
Absolutely Nothing
Honestly worst place I have ever been, did not stay the night in the room and had to immediately book elsewhere. Completely not what’s advertised let alone the sanitary conditions of the room
